Great staff. This was the first storage that I went to. After meeting the staff, we knew that we didn't need to look any further.

My storage got broken into not once but a few times i told the managers but they said there cameras don’t work while you see cameras everywhere and in the office

To pricey, never received any reply for stolen items from unit. Off site management very rude never returned my calls am leaving soon. Beware.

It's a good storage and it works I only dislike the fact that it does not open during holidays when I'm off work sometimes

Its way to expensive. If your late a mo. Your charged $25 if your late 11days.that's another $10. If your buy insurance $8 here's the kicker if your storage gets broke into the insurance doesn't cover stolen items.thats when they tell you a picture of your things has to be taken in your storage. 2 of my storages got broke into. Nothing was covered after paying 2 yrs.insurance. You don't get that back eather. 8 people's storage was broke into and ripped off.where are the employees or cameras? That had to take some time loading. Mine alone was 20×30 I had 2.thatz $360 just waisted for insurance that doesn't insure!

Easily accessible and a very large facility so no trouble having two way traffic on main roads of facility.

They are verry nice but have bugs that will infest your stuff. And they say there is nothing they can do about it had to throw out allot of stuff.

This place was a perfect storage facility to use while moving. Cost was reasonable and as long as you clean up the unit before leaving it, deposits are returned. For the most part staff was friendly and made routine routes around the facility.

The first thing you hear is, "UM EXCUSE ME YOU CAN'T PARK HERE. YOU HAVE TO PARK ON THE STREET. " there are no parking any timesigns all down the road. "YOU CAN PARK IN THE GREEN ZONE. 12 MINUTE PARKING. " The SECOND you walk in, you are greeted by an extremely strong smell of marijuana. I would give this place 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

Good people.we had water come into our unit this past winter right away they gave us a new unit to move into gave us two months to move into it with no charge for either unit. Very professional Great staff.
