The starter in my car went out and I had it towed here. Jeff and his staff are amazing they always help me when I need it I would never take a vehicle I own to another mechanic.

They listened to my concerns and took care of the items I asked them to do. Did not try to up sell or add extras. They communicated well.

Five stars for honesty and great service. My dad brought his truck in, and since the problem wound up not being a "problem, " Jeff didn't charge for his time. When I took my dad there to retrieve his truck, my own vehicle started acting up. Jeff took the time to look under the hood (without my having an appointment-and they were plenty busy!) and he gave me a diagnosis. I had to leave town, so I couldn't have the car serviced by him. And once again-he didn't charge me for his time. Because of this positive experience, I would go back to Deschamps anytime (if I lived in the area) and would highly recommend the place to anyone.
