They were pretty awesome and professional tried real hard to get everybody done in a quick, orderly fashion
I got yo the starting line to check in 3 clerks there behind counter and none can acknowledge you as least tell you good morning or anything stood there abound 10 minutes before clerk told me to check in. Other than that they called me back got my x-rays completer.
The attention is very bad because we waited a long time already having a scheduled appointment and it was not respected or they had forgotten to put us on the list so that the doctor will call us.thank you

My appt. Here was right on time and the staff was attentive and comforting. I have had many mri's over the years and they still create some anxiety. Joy made me feel so comfortable. Bless you all.
This was a late booking in order to meet with a doctor next week. So very thankful they could get me in. Staff was courteous and professional. Handler for my CT scan was top notch with an easy blood stick and the scan itself.

Wonderful experience! Susan was so wonderful and walked me through the procedure step by step beforehand, easing any nerves I may have had. Simon performed the HSG calmly, quickly, and very efficiently. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Surpassed all of my expectations.
The guy named Dennis who took my MRI was very competent and knows what he was doing. He did a great job in injecting the contrast for I did not feel pain when he stuck the needle to my vein.
My only concern is that the front receptionist was not really helpful for I had to MRI's scheduled for yesterday as what Natalie told me but she said I have to call the number she gave me to make an appointment again. I do not understand why. I am already there and told her that I was scheduled to do 2 MRI'S. A waste of time. That's the frustrating part.
Long wait (2 hrs) Office very cold temp. Too many sick people in wait room. Couldn’t make a reservation on phone for X-Ray. Glad it’s over.
