Called desert air conditioning and plumbing about installing a 20 gallon hot water heater in a park model trailer. Was absolutely floored when I was quoted $2950.00 to do a 1 hour job. Needless to say I refused their “generous” offer. Found a heater for $393.00 and will do it myself. Will not be calling them for any work I may need done in the future!

My parents water heater went out a few days ago and they did not hesitate to call Desert Air Conditioning and Plumbing for an estimate on a replacement. Jesus their advisor was extremely informative and answered all of my parent’s questions throughly. Jesus was exceptional throughout the entire process from beginning to end. They serviced our two units and I have no complaints about the service received. The one star is for quoting me $3,000 for a duct cleaning. I felt disrespected and like the company wanted to take advantage of us.

I pay insurance every month with them and called on a Sunday because the handle broke on the shut off valve and they had no one on call until Monday.why pay insurance with them if they can't come help for an emergency like they state they would, not good service

The Service technician arrived on time knowing what he was suppose to be doing. He was very polite and during his service he informed me of two issues that DACP could do the repair work.
Jesuse gave me a price breakdown and we proceeded to resolve the two issues.
Once he was finished he showed me pictures of the work shared the pictures by sending them to me and generated a recipe for the work completed.

Great service! Our technician Ivan was super professional and a true expert in this field of work. He was able to get our A/C working the same day that we called in and was able to give us a detailed diagnostics report on our system’s condition. We recently had a terrible, shady experience with another company in the valley, but Ivan really made us feel that our A/C system is in good hands.
