I specifically asked for and received verbal confirmation that my order would be ready on Monday. I needed clean dress clothes for an important meeting the next morning. I showed up Monday at 5: 45 pm and was told I had arrived for my order a day early. I said, No, I was promised my order would be ready today, on Monday, as I had requested when I dropped off the clothes and, as was promised. I was then greeted by the blank, absent stare that only an hourly, part-time employee can deliver. What a shame that a million dollar business is being dragged down by employees that don't care. I wasn't even offered an apology. So, I basically drove across town and wasted gas and 30 minutes of my time because somebody at the dry cleaners doesn't know or care about the difference between Monday and Tuesday. Oh, and let's not forget that I will have to iron a dirty shirt and wear that to my important meeting! I'm sorry, but I am going somewhere else for my dry cleaning services. I'm still a big believer in the old-fashioned notion of customer service and would gladly pay a little more for that.

Of two visits, my clothes have not been ready when they were shcheduled for pick up. My shirts come back clean and pressed, but not worth returning multiple times.

Do not drop off your wedding gown to get pressed here! My gown was supposed to be ready by 4: 00pm on Thursday, May 19,2016. I show up at 4: 30pm giving myself a little wiggle room for the "just in case" it needed some more time for my dress to be ready. I'm excited to see my gown pressed and ready to go and to be told "they haven't started working on your dress yet, can you come back in an hour and a half"? WHAAAAAT? My dress had been left for four days and they haven't started working on my dress. It's unbelievable how the company sets times for garments, uniforms, gowns and many other things to be ready at a certain time and the company not following threw with their time.
