I asked Desert Fire to move a sprinkler head at my condo. They arrived exactly appointment time, moved the head and then the tech (Johnny) drove back to his office to get a paint cover when he saw that u was doing some drywall work near the sprinkler. This at no extra charge. Johnny was efficient, friendly and when the extra miles (literally) to get the job done and ensure I was happy. Thanks very much

We have been using Desert Fire Co at Plato's Closet in Palm Desert since we opened in 2014. We absolutely love that they just come every year at the same time to service out fire extinguishers with out us having to remember to call. They are very professional and fast. Would recommend.

Our company, Griffon Management Group, used Desert Fire to come check and repair the fire extinguishers in our 2 different office locations and 11 other rental complexes that we manage in the inland empire area. They were very thorough and informative in their process and made sure that everything was in proper working condition. Not to mention, the technicians they sent out to perform the work were very friendly and personable. They were eager to take on the job and didn't once give us any grief about the amount of inspections we needed done, whereas other companies were only willing to do so many properties at a time. I would highly recommend going with their company if you plan on having any sort of fire safety inspections or repairs needed. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

This company if terrific. This is the second time we have needed repair to our indoor overhead sprinkler system and used Desert Fire. They came quick and did the repair effectively. Little mess as they were very conscious not to get things dirty.

I do not recommend this company at all, I called on Tuesday June 22,2021 around noon to have someone come out and give an estimate for a repair to a broken fire sprinkler pipe. The lady on the phone said another girl would give me a call back in about 20 minutes or so since she was on her lunch break, I said ok, I waited for hours for a return phone call which wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t email them asking about said return phone call, someone finally called me back around 4: 19pm. She apologized for the late return phone call because they were very busy, I said it was fine I understand, she then told me she wouldn’t be able to get a guy out until the next day (Wednesday) in the afternoon if they finished early or possibly even on Thursday morning at 10am. I said that was fine whichever of those days they’d be able to come out was fine. Well they never showed up, not even a courtesy phone call to let me know they weren’t going to show up at all. A week later and still nothing, it is now Wednesday June 30th and still haven’t heard from them and they never showed up. I ended up getting the repair done through someone else, I will never try and give my business to this company ever in the future, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. It my opinion it is very unprofessional of them to say they’d come out and never did, not even calling to say they couldn’t make it, very unprofessional. I suggest you find someone else to do the job!

I contacted this company after a plumber did some work in my home that resulted in a leaky pipe that runs to my fire sprinkler system. He claimed he can't fix it because he's a general plumber and I need to call someone for fire sprinkler repair. I called and spoke to Tiffany who instructed me to send her photos of the problem area in order to get a quote. This was all via text message and was a Friday. On Monday with still no word, I reached out again to Tiffany asking what happened. No apology. She just said she would have a quote for me by end of day. She said she was waiting on a manager. It's now Wednesday going on the fourth business day with still no word just to get a quote for the work I need done.

I'm going to have to find someone else, apparently.

Very trustworthy company! Joshua is very helpful and I know they aren't overcharging me for anything. They always do quality work, come very quickly and if I ever need something quickly they always deliver and help me make sure I don't get in trouble with the inspector.
