Great dentist and staff. Big issue with ther marketing depth. I receive way to many reminder notices for appointments. Honestly 50 to 60 up to 2 weeks in advance. We're all adults, 1 reminder is sufficient.

I wish I had never stepped foot in this place of business let alone have a lower jaw bridge made which 2yrs and $17k later the bridge cracked and a piece of tooth came off even though it's suppose to be hard as diamonds. Dr. Cheng has no customer services talents what so ever in that little arrogant body.
. And thebplace is dirty and falling apart.my exam chair had a big hole in the seat.

Marc and his staff were very friendly and helpful! Dr. Jillian and Danny were knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. Definitely will be coming back.

Everyone here was first class! I had an emergency tooth problem, they got me in right away! They didn't make me feel bad for my neglect of my mouth, and were so gentle. Chelsea at the front was so welcoming and efficient. This whole office is warm, and not at all what you would expect from a dentist. Best dentist experience in my 37 years of life!

I’ve been with Desert Gateway Dental for almost 20 years and they have always given me excellent care. They even handled two “dental emergencies” quickly and with great care. I recommend them highly.

Excellent care. Jillian explained everything she was doing during my deep cleaning. No anxiety or discomfort. Front desk great too!

Mark was very efficient, friendly and very helpful. The Receptionist, the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were all professional. It made me feel very comfortable and the crowns were inserted and fitted very nicely.

Dental insurance sucks now a days! Not the clinic’s fault but still colors my experience. It’s sad!

I had bad receding gums but they coached me on how to get them under control when my last dentist couldn't. Now my gums are much better!

And my teeth have never felt cleaner!

I had an appointment with my periodontics Dr.and he implanted the housing for a tooth that I had to get pulled. This is only the first step but it went very well. I felt no pain and left the office excited to reach the next step of my implantation in a few months.

I rated you five stars, but your poor communication and I'm the first appointment after lunch and get in the chair after 25 minutes and told to wait another 10 minutes you have ruined the patient experience.
