I brought my 90 yr old mother here bc she has a large lump in her groin.we've been waiting since 9: 58am to see the doctor. I asked for wifi connection and reception says they don't know the password.after 1 hour they told everyone in waiting room they had to wait outside bc there weren't enough chairs for patients. I went outside in 100 degree heat to wait. As the waiting room emptied I went back in, fully masked, to sit by my mom.receptionist told me I had to leave.there were several empty seats and I wasn't even using one. I went out to my car so I could stay cool with AC running. I finally went back into the reception area.it's ridiculous to expect people to sit in 100 degree heat when there is space in the waiting room.now we are in the clinic.it's been 3.5 hours since we first signed in.we've been inside the clinic waiting at least another 45 minutes and no one has even checked on us. I can hear lots of people chatting with each other that appear to work here.yet no one is talking to us.not impressed with the service here.

I will add that Dr Faux was great once once we finally saw him. He ordered a CT scan for following day.scan was at 9 or 10qlam.he called us by 1: 30 pm to go over results and to give us further directions.the nurses in the clinic were helpful too. It's really the waiting room and attitude towards caregivers.stuff happens, like emergencies that make for longer wait times but help us out while we wait. I upgraded to 3 stars for med svc provided by medical staff.

I think the staff is very nice and professional! Dr Faux is very professional and knowledgeable. In fact I have full confidence in him and trust him over my primary! He calls and checks on you at home and is very efficient. Makes you feel like he really cares what’s happening to you! Thank You to all at this Urgent care Nancy Sullivan

This visit was a waste of time. I was dealing with a sprained ankle and decided to go here because I was told it was a "one stop shop" (I could get an xray if needed here). However the only thing the doctor said was how he has experienced something similar and that's why he wears Merrill shoes. He poked at it which hurt like hell and that was it. Recommended I get an xray.and then was given an address for a different office. No help with my pain at all. The nurse who took my vitals was nice but that was it.

Great place. A lot better than going to the doctors. I had wait 40 to see the doctor. Not bad. He checked me out and gave me a prescription. Would use this service again.

My Experiences always has been very positive. Service is prompt and courteous and the doctors seem to take special care In making sure You have received adequate care and they have addressed all your needs. I highly recommend

Dr. Shuler thinks it's ok to share HIS medical history with a patient and told me "If it makes you feel any better I get those too". No Dr. Shuler, it doesn't make me feel better. What a tool. Never again.

Today I was treats so rudely and told they don’t see Canadians and my boyfriend yesterday was told they don’t accept his insurance. I have been going here for 5 years and always been treated so well and today with a sore throat and a negative COVID test in my hand they refused to help me after leaving me outside for 45 mins In the intense heat with a mask on. I extremely disappointed ️ and never have been treated so rudely by anyone. Miguel was the attendant and seriously had an emotional breakdown when I told him I think I had bronchitis and then Darlene came out and said the doctor said he would not take any Canadian patients. In all my life I have never seen such unprofessional over emotional behavior from health care workers.

I called ahead to make sure I wasnt going to be there all day even though my finger was hurting. Whoever answered the call told me to come on in that the place was virtually empty and Id be in n out before I knew it. HA!
Well, as I was sitting in the examination room waiting for the doctor, I get an email notification on my cell phone informing me I now owe over $800? I never get these PLUS I hadnt even seen the doctor yet. Well, an hour or more later, he waltzes in, orders me an xray and leaves.
Another hour goes by and I have had enough so I up and left in hopes of cancelling me and/or my insurance being billed for a "nothing" urgent care type visit. I never had an xray even.
Well, still fighting the charges with these poor excuses for medical professionals.

Having a cough for several day I decided to stop by the clinic to have it checked out by the doctor on duty. A male orderly came out asking a few questions and taking my temperature then disappeared for a few minutes and coming back requesting my membership card and disappeared again and after standing outside in the 110 degree sun he then said that I should go to Indio instead. There was only one person at that time and I said that I live in Palm Desert and I had no intention driving to Indio. After 20 25 minutes I finally gave up and when back home. Terrible experience totally unfunded and that person totally incompetent and unprofessional

Went in for tonsillitis.the two front desk ladies were nice.i don’t know who that pregnant thing thinks she was but she was very rude.she made me feel like i was diseased because she basically felt in danger around me that i might contract it to her child, bless that child’s soul for having to deal with a mother like her.and the doctor was rude as well.barely let me finish any sentence, diagnosed me without even really doing anything.i was prescribed penicillin and was sent on my way.took what i was told to take, turns out i was allergic.called to see what i should do, I WAS TOLD TO COME IN TO GET CHECKED OUT.came back, no pregnant thing, thank goodness.they sat me in the room, a different doctor came in.took one look at me, prescribed me something for my reaction and walked out, didn’t even examine me.i DID NOT get a refund for the very thing that brought me in the second time.so i bought two things of medicine, one of which i got sick from, got fired from one job because i was out so long having tonsillitis and then my reaction, and didn’t even get my money back.you guys really have no idea what you’re doing, do you?
