Design Public, Culver City CA

Design Public is an excellent company which I highly recommend. Not only do they offer excellent products, but they also have exceptional customer service. I recently received a product that Design Public sold that came damaged from the original firm (not Design Public's fault - the firm sent the product directly from their own warehouses). I let Design Public know about the issue and I was immediately connected to one of their team members, Emily, who was a joy to work with. Emily helped me right away, looked at the product (via pictures) with me, and she contacted the other firm to get me a replacement. Emily was with me every step of the way, proactively keeping me updated and following-up with the firm. And, the replacement product came earlier than expected and in perfect condition from the other firm. I want to thank Design Public and especially Emily as she made all the difference and was always helpful, friendly, and provided fantastic customer service!

Good selection of modern furniture and competitive pricing. I purchased a piece of furniture that shipped direct from the manufacturer and unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I called and was promptly connected to a real person in customer service (Anna) who was very nice and able to swiftly resolve my issue and keep me updated via email. I would not hesitate to give them my business again in the future.

Always a good experience purchasing for my stores. Just wish they would have more stock available for the items I purchase frequently. Nevertheless my experience with Emily at Customer service is GREAT, she has been extremely helpful, which is why Design Public is my first choice to purchase lamps and specialty light bulbs.

Design Public is a great company! We ordered a light from them that arrived not working properly. We wrote them about it and they immediately contacted the manufacturer and arranged for us to have a replacement without any hassle. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Plus they have great items!

We bought a large dining table for our patio that was available at several retailers. Design Public's website and overall design aesthetic gave us the confidence to purchase from them.

That trust was confirmed through the customer service experience we received after the table arrived with some minor damage sustained during shipping. Anna, our representative, provided some of most professional, communicative customer service of our lives. Seriously. She clearly explained every step of the process and went out out of her way to help resolve the issue. It was a complex issue that took quite some time to figure out, but she stuck with every twist and turn.
