Not sure where to begin, the customer service, follow up is so bad that I can't even try to give them business. Even with having my email address, phone number it seems that no one can follow up nor do I feel valued as a customer, don't you want my business? If I was the store manager or regional, I would have a deep dive into how they are tracking and following up with clients. Blaming another co-worker is not acceptable and then to continue to drop the ball with not following up is a disgrace. Looking for another retailer to purchase from.
