We have hired Larry a few times and have just been so impressed. He’s very professional and is incredibly attentive- he’s always right there to help load up our car or helps in any way he can. Where he really went above and beyond for us though is on one occasion he overheard us realize we’d left a bottle of wine at home. We were out wine tasting for the day and planned to share this special bottle with our friends over dinner. He volunteered to drive back to our house (Paso to Atascadero) while we had lunch. It was so helpful and not something just anybody would do.

I arranged a driver for a day of wine tasting for my wife's and our friend's birthday. Called and spoke with Bob and everything was arranged without complication. We were waiting at our arranged pickup location and no driver ever showed up. I called and spoke with Bob again and he told me he would look into it. Called me back 10 minutes later and informed me that the arranged driver wasn't feeling well and never called in. He then gave me the good ole, you are SOL, and to call a different company. I found them to be very unprofessional. If you are going to be running a company that people are dependent on, then you see it through. The owner should of have contact with each driver in the morning to make sure everything was taken care of, and if your driver calls in sick, then you show up yourself to drive. Just be careful when booking with this company, because someone might not show up at all and never contact you.
