Went in for an appraisal for a engagement/wedding ring set; they made the process really easy and even threw in a complementary case!

This review is a little overdue, but here we are. I walked into this store at closing time looking for a graduation gift for my son, last minute as always.

The owner was great! He welcomed me and asked me what I wanted to see (mind you all the items had already been away).

He showed me a few items and I walked out with the piece I was looking for.

Also, the price was fair and my son was very happy with the item.

I brought in two extremely special family heirloom rings to resize and add platinum and gold to. They did an incredible job at a very reasonable price. The rings are absolutely perfect! I can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. They also ensure that their customers are happy. I am grateful to have found this place. I trust them to do precise work. I highly recommend Desire Jewelry, let me explain my experience. My family had to have some jewelry appraised after the passing of a loved one. Monir wasn't just welcoming, but he so thoroughly explained how the process worked, the expectations of value and how to look for flaws with the loop/grading of stones.

While i was there, people were getting jewelry cleaned, repaired, and he also showed me some amazing engraving that's done on site. I will be back to have something engraved too.

His customers seemed very happy as well with his service. I trust him and I really like to support the small businesses in our community. Monir and Desire are a real asset to the City of Glendora.

PERFECTION! Desire exceeded all of my expectations from the quality of the jewelry, custom craftsmenship, quick turnaround, and most of all the customer service by the owners (Monir and Jennifer). When you walk into Desire you don’t feel like just a customer, you feel like family. For Christmas I wanted to give my girlfriend a promise/commitment ring, but didn’t just want to buy from a big box store where multiple people could buy the same thing, for this special milestone in our relationship I wanted something unique, something nobody else had. Monir and Jennifer helped me view lots of different rings, narrow it down to just a few, and then take the one we selected (18K White Gold with Diamonds and Sapphire) and added various customizations to the band to make it like no other ring out there. The final outcome was absolutely perfect! My girlfriend was so surprised and loved every aspect of it. I would definitely recommend Desire Jewelry to all my friends and family when they want a unique custom designed piece of jewelry. Thank you Monir and Jennifer!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The owners are so incredibly patient and understanding with their customers. I had a very precious gold ring cleaned, polished, and black enamel added; they did a superb job, even with a great amount of detail and precision that the ring called for. My item was back in my hands the same week! I found their prices to be very competitive, and maybe even undercutting the competition (I'm not familiar with he market).

I've been going to Desire Jewelry for over 10 years now, and Monir and his wife Jennifer have helped me through: repairs, custom designs, cleanings, touch ups, really anything in the realm of jewelry. All the while treating me as more of a friend than a customer, coming in early, staying late, answering text messages and phone calls while on vacation even, providing unheard of customer service. He has also offered the same level of service to everyone and anyone I've ever sent to him, regardless of the dollar amount spent.

Monir is more than honest, prompt, punctual, professional and talented at his craft. Simply put, I could not recommend anyone or any place higher.
