4We had such a great experience with Details! They were super friendly and helpful in selecting what to rent, then they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Prices were great and service was outstanding. Plus a fabulous selection! 100% recommend!
Staff is unwelcoming. Felt like we had to pry information from them. It felt like we were a bother to the staff.

This company, and Brooke in particular, were game changers for my daughters wedding. Our original plan was to hold the event at our ranch but the historic flooding made us abandon that plan exactly one week from the wedding date.
Thanks to Brooke, a perfect substitute venue was located and secured. Reductions were quickly made to our originally long list of rental needs even though we were technically obligated. Everything was delivered and set up perfectly with zero stress on our part.
There is no way to thank Details Party Rentals and Brooke enough for coming through for us and making the wedding a special day for our family!
I rented 3 food warmers. 1 was broken when we put food in it, it rocked from side to side and 2 of the bottoms would not hold the burners they fell through the bottom. I told them and they did not even say "sorry". Bad business.
