This clinic is great. The therapists are all highly trained, help the kids a lot, and super easy to work with. The facility and equipment are good too. Finally, they also help by providing extra services like assessments and parent conferences.

If I could give a Zero star, I will. Parents, if you care about your child, never go to them. Cold faces, lie after lie, never deliver what they promise, being late all the time, no report after assessments, you name it. Make sure you check your credit card activities! They contantly over-charge you! Thief. Can't imaging how much trouble they brought to already difficult life for special kids' parents.

Don't downplay what happened. We've only gone to your place 4 times, and were over-charged twice. If I didn't happen to check my credit card activity for something else, I wouldn't even be able to notice. The total overcharge was $110 for those two times. (I didn't even ask for a refund for the first time the therapist was late) I have requested twice to remove my credit card from automatic payment after the first over-charge, however, they keep automatically charging my credit card and the second over-charge happened. How horrible.

Parents, please really make sure you double-check your bill with bank activity, if you want to give them access to your credit card. For $190 for a 50-minute session, they still want to steal more.

I have called, emailed, and talked face-to-face to your office manager multiple times about the assessment report. I was promised a date to receive it for multiple time, but again and again, they missed it, with all kinds of ridiculous excuses. You charge $1300 for the assessment right after the assessment but the report won't be ready until 6 weeks later, assuming the parent keep asking for it desperately.

I don't want to waste time writing about these, although there are much more details I can provide. If you can treat other families with more respect, that's great enough, but I am done with you. Btw, there is no ongoing discussion. If I didn't post it on the internet, no one cares.

We've been going here for about 7 years. The staff (everyone from reception to therapists) is kind and understanding. The therapists are amazing and experienced. The new place is big with all the equipment needed for sensory issues. Strongly recommend!

The staff is really great. Kind, they make you feel comfortable, true professionals. The establishment is new and big, they have all the equipment necessary. I highly recommend them. They are willing to help and make you understand/ explain in detail what are the next steps.
We have been to other facilities and we had to stop the collaboration cause either we weren't feeling comfortable with the staff or we couldn't fully understand how to help our kid. Another great thing is that you have OTs, speech therapists ect in one place.
They try their best to make it possible for your schedule even if it means Sunday at 8am.

Small plus, the location is really convenient, with big parking and Starbucks!

If your child is suffering from sensory processing challenges (and that can look like a LOT of things!) THIS IS THE CLINIC YOU NEED. Every therapist has training in sensory processing, every therapist is professional, knowledgeable and kind. The owners are OTs themselves, and they know their stuff. Seriously. They're the gold standard as far as I'm concerned.
