Where should I start. We've had stuff stolen from our storage twice and nothing was done about it. The first time our lock was missing, the second time we could tell our lock was tampered with. I wanted to get camera footage to send to the sheriff and was told that we couldn't get it or it wouldnt go back that far from the date it happened. I don't think they even reviewed the footage to catch the culprits that stole from our unit twice So that we could send it to our insurance company. Looking into getting a lawyer and taking it to corporate! This storage left a bad taste in my mouth.

The office personnel and the guy that showed me the units are very quick and knowledgeable I liked their service compared to other storage places I've been in the past.
