I have purchased several Rolex watches from them.

I was number 80 on the list for a black dial submariner 3 1/2 years ago and still have not received the watch.

There may be a pay to play scenario going on because the watch sells for $3500 more on eBay than new.

I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry from DeVons over the last several years and the service is always professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In particular, Sam and Tony always do a great job of supporting their customers!

So this is a long story. I had been casually looking for a Rolex GMT Master II since 2012; however, it wasn't it wasn't until my grandfather passed away in 2020 and left me a small inheritance that I had decided this watch would be a great way to remember him by and I got serious about procuring one.

I met with a gentlemen at DeVons who set expectations that getting such a watch could take a year or two but encouraged me to check back regularly. Well I did.for over 3 three years I checked in regularly and got handed off to several sales associates and it wasn't until I met Heather that I actually felt like I was making some traction. She was professional, empathic to my search, and sincerely was working hard to try and find me the watch.

I am delighted to say that this weekend I finally was able to get the watch I had been admiring for over 10 years. I hope someday to pass it down to my children. Thank you Heather for all your hard work and support (I know it wasn't easy)!

Great experience today at DeVons. Had to get my new Rolex resized, which I didn’t get from DeVons, but they were super helpful and took good care of me. I dealt mainly with Sam.
