Excellent customer service experience from Dewey’s in San Clemente. My mom’s 18 year old washing machine stopped working. She called Dewey’s as she had bought other appliances from them in the past. They had a repair man out to her in just a couple of days. Eric was so kind to my 84 year old mom and assessed the problem quickly. He was able to order the part needed and was back to install it in just 3 days. The price of two house calls along with a part was almost too good to be true. I have told many about our recent experience with Eric from Dewey’s. Don’t hesitate to call our local appliance shop for either new appliances or repairs!

Shopping locally is always best they value your business and treat you like family Dewey's been a family-owned business since 1950 they are the only appliance store in the area that has a repair department. You will be respected and can trust them.

I’ve purchased most of my appliances for a work project from Dewey’s but needed help with a home project. Manny is my go to person at Dewey’s. He’s always responsive, professional and goes the extra mile to find you what you need. With the supply chain the way it is these days it is nice to have someone who can recommend substitutions that are available. We bought the last of a Kitchenaid oven we needed and we’re able to schedule delivery the very next week. Victor and David the installers showed up right on time and went to work. There was an installation issue but Victor who has been installing for Deweys for over 20 years made a modification and was able to install the oven as planned. I don’t believe I would have gotten this kind of service from an installer with one of the big chains. I was so relieved as Thanksgiving was around the corner and I needed t his second oven. He saved the day. I love supporting local businesses and it’s extra nice when that business offers excellent customer service.

Great customer service! Our washer broke down and we needed a replacement immediately. The Dewey's representative helped us pick out just the model we wanted at a good price and arranged for a timely delivery.
