My appointment was with Sayuri. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through each of the three tests beforehand and then thoroughly go through my results afterward. I learned a lot and will definitely come back!

Friendly professional staff explained how to use the information obtained from DXA scan and VO2 Max tests and what areas I need to focus on. Recommend these to all who want to improve the quality of their exercises and improve their health.

I cannot say I enjoyed it but it helped me realize how much work I need to get myself in shape the technician was very informative but honestly I thought I did a lot better than what I was shown oops oh well I vow to get better see ya next time

I went here to get a full body scan in order to get a better idea of my overall health. The experience was amazing, as well as, eye opening. Can’t thank them enough for all the information they provided. It very well could lengthen my lifespan but more importantly be around longer for my partner.

A great experience! I did a VO2 max test out of curiosity as part of my marathon and iron man training. The Dexafit team customer service was great and responsive in both text messaging, email, and phone number. The test procedure was clearly communicated before and during. I chose the treadmill test which used increasing gradients to increase intensity. You end up purchasing the vo2 mask if you don’t provide your own. Overall would come back again!

Loved my experience - I live in LA and this was the only clinic that does a Dexa scan, RMR test, and VO2 Max test at the same place. So I drove 1.5 hours each way and it was beyond worth it. I did all 3 scans to get an overview of my health and it could not have been more thorough. I feel like they really took the time to not just help me understand my numbers but also formulate a nutrition and exercise plan to go along with my goals. I'll be back in 6 months for a follow up to see my progress.
