3I have been using DFS flooring for many years on projects throughout our property in Pasadena Ca. Quality work, very professional and most importantly good numbers. They are on our preferred vendors list for building services and TI projects. Jeff Zimmer is my contact who always available.
Hung came to give us a quote specifically for the owner. Said “how’s $1500 for everything? ” Called my owner and got it approved. They said they would send the paperwork to approve. When they did, it was over 40% higher than the agreed to number.
And they wouldn’t honor what they had told us - claiming it was an estimate. Really? You are off by 40% on s job this small? Cmon now.
Was trying to build a partnership down the road, but could never trust a company who wouldn’t honor a bid, verbal or not, with our own good customers.
