My girlfriend and I were trying to mail some medicines to China so we came here. Anthony and Danny were really helpful, they answered all of our questions and took great care of us to create the shipment. Definitely exceeding our expectations! Will comeback for sure in the future:)

We have ZERO issues with USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon and all other delivery services delivering to our building but DHL (out of the Santa Ana station) is a disaster. DHL drivers don't even make delivery attempts- just note in the system they need a signature (even if released) or, when confronted with that invalid excuse, "cannot access the building". But won't call you when they're on site to let you know they need help (because it's unlikely they're even trying). I call and explain the address is accurate/ the building is accessible/ signature release has been granted, etc.and still no delivery and nobody local to call.

Please refuse to use such a shoddy delivery service. You won't get your packages and the frustration is not worth your time or energy.

Driver never tried to deliver package 2 days in a roll. Drivers call once, lets the phone ring once hang up and do not answer the call back and then i receive an alert that no one was home. When i did receive my package which was marked fragile everything was damaged

Danny at DHL (Fairview Road location) is ALWAYS so helpful, in fact everyone who works there provides fabulous customer service, knowledge and patience. Appreciate this group and all that they do!

My package to Italy never made it to the sender. I dropped it off at the Santa Ana, CA location. I never received receipt nor they scanned it to their system. I requested a receipt customer service guy said we don’t provide receipts here. Very bad customer service.

Love the staff here. Everyone that works at this location and is at the front desk is always super nice and helpful. I’ve been coming here weekly for years to ship out our packages. I trust DHL fully with my stuff. Each of our orders gets to destination without issue and if there is a problem, I’m made aware at every step. Have nothing but good to say!

DHL is. Great carrier. They are fast, reliable and efficient. All their staff are friendly and helpful.

Really excellent customer service every time. Most recently I was a minute after closing because of traffic. Leslie was generous to let me in and walked me through the self help kiosk. I am glad that my package will be arriving on time
