I’d never use them if the product I was sending didn’t require it.
Scheduled to have the product picked up twice, both no shows. They admitted there must have been a mistake the first time and the second time they tried to act like we cancelled the pickup and didn’t reschedule even though we made sure to get confirmation emails for the pickup.
Unfortunately we have to go and physically send the package ourselves in order to get it out in a timely manner as DHL is incompetent.
Terrible service. Never deliver on day it shows, drivers are lazy and don’t read instruction.
Use FedEx much better service!

Fernando, Gabriel and Ashley absolutely rock. The team worked hard to locate my package and help make up for a mistake on part of the sender.
Zero stars.
My package was delivered to the wrong address.
And to deal with it and all doubled my purchase amount.
Worst.
I'M HAPPY WITH THIS PEOPLE THEY ALWAYS LOST THE PACKAGES OR THEY LEAVE IT ON WRONG ADDRESS. THAT HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME, BOSSES NEED TO HANDLE THIS ISSUES SERIOUSLY WITH THEIRS EMPLOYEES. I WONT USE DHL AGAIN. THATS IT.
PS. NEIGHBORS ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT SAME ISSUES.
EMPLOYEES DROP OFF ORDERS ANY APARTMENT # THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PACKAGES.

My packages were mistakenly delivered to a wrong address! Despite my best efforts to locate it, it took over an hour to find it within my community. This situation is unacceptable and has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
I’ve always experienced 5 star treatment with picking up my packages Sandra is the absolute best with her customer service!

I sent a package to my family from Abu Dhabi to California. DHL Abu Dhabi gave me the best customer service experience. I'd give the guys here a 5-rating. The 1-star I'm putting here is dedicated solely to the obscurely substandard performance of the South San Diego service point! I would have given a negative 5 if it was an option! I received a message that my package was received at the address I sent it too. When I called my parents to check, no one, not even the dog saw a shadow of any DHL truck passing by! When they finally got in touch with the call center, they were told that it was received by someone else and that an investigation will be done and feedback given within 24 hours! Not trusting this update, my sister who came off long work hours had to drive 2 hours to get to the service point, had to wait 40 mins for them to look for the box at the backoffice, finally given a box which when she checked was even the wrong one, then waited for another 10 mins for a driver who supposedly brought the box, only to find out that the box was just inside the warehouse the whole time - undelivered! My sister spoke with the manager who seemed to me to be used to this chaotic mess and rested his case. Overall, DHL Abu Dhabi's very professional service was incinerated by the extremely chaotic South San Diego (dis) service point. Never using them again!
Package was delivered to the address listed, but the 'to' recipient did not live here. Tried to coordinate a pick-up to return package to sender for several months on different occasions and package was never picked up. Don't trust this company with your documents.
The one star reviews are only there because we can't give zero. Unbearably bad company. I have waited two days and my shipment is still being held for no reason. Customer service does not exist at DHL. I have contacted the merchant that uses this company and they are looking at better options for their customers.

Was pleasantly surprised to walk in with no line and great customer service. The attendant was very helpful and saved me a return trip, when I realized I was missing something. The area was very clean as well.
I met Linda and Edith while visiting with the DHL Express ServicePoint, they were simply awesome… best service! You couldn’t seriously ask for anything else…. Highly recommend for anyone.
