Food is always good but it has been consistently super slow every time. It’s never busy at all but always takes at least an hour for food. Last time I ordered takeout and they told me 50 minutes and I still had to wait an extra 15 minutes after I got there.

I ordered dinner last night for my family and food was not right gave brunt food and every dish was mess up and the manager don’t want to don noting about it spend over $115 00 I and I never go back there again

I'm not the biggest pasta guy but I knew my girlfriend was wanting Olive Garden and that place is bland as could be. I talked her into Di Ciccos and it was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, the food was excellent and there was a guy playing an accordion. I had the classic combo, I actually finished the whole plate. Next time I'm going all in with the lasagna. The fresh bread was way better then the other places bread sticks by a huge margin. Just go and enjoy yourself

I love this location. I believe that this is probably one of the few locations where an actual Diccicco family member still cooks the food for you. It does take awhile longer to get a plate but I love knowing I'm getting the original family love and flavor in the food.

They actually play music that goes with the setting of the restaurant and they serve Italian beer.

Try the limoncello mascarpone cake. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend getting the calzoni Alforno, you won’t be disappointed! Everything is always fresh and the service is out of this world amazing!

WELL I LOVE THE FOOD THERE BUT THE PIZZA IS NOT AT ALL TO MY TASTE I BUY UNTIL 2 AND IT WAS USELESS TO EAT IT THE BREAD VERY HARD WE DID NOT EAT IT ANYMORE BUT TRYING TO LEARN ONE BUT IT WAS THE ONLY THING THE FOOD VERY GOOD BUT THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I visited this place with a friend at around 12: 30pm and you couldn’t even tell this place was open, lights off, open sign off, no AC running. Anyways, upon getting seated I was getting bitten by mosquitos. I must’ve left with about 5 bites. Granted I know that’s not their fault but it added to the overall unpleasant experience. Service was kind of slow considering we were the only people inside the establishment. I ordered a chicken picatta and when my dish came I was confused. My dish looked like the most unappetizing plate. Not only was my chicken dry, but they cooked it in red wine which gave the chicken a bitter taste. It’s supposed to be white wine, how do you manage to screw that up? The pasta sauce was watery. When we got the bill, they charged us a couple bucks more than what was on the menu. When asking the server of the issue, she didn’t seem apologetic. If anyone eats here, I’d recommend double checking your tab. Suffice to say I’ve never had a dining experience like this before. I took my barely touched food to-go, then threw it in the trash when I got home.

Went in for lunch with a friend. We were the only people in the place for at least 90min. Like no one else was there when we got there and no one else showed up while we were dining. Had two entrees and a bottle of wine. Waited a long while for our food to come. The wait wasn't too bad since we had some wine but considering there was no other guest it seemed weird how long the food took. My friend had a chicken picatto dish which was cooked wrong. Swimming in a brown sauce instead of a white sauce. I ordered a chick parmigian which tasted fine but was also watery. Like they didn't strain the pasta or veggs before putting it on the plate. Service wise everything was okay, except towards the end when we got the bill our food was marked at a higher price than stated on the menu. Idk if it's a recent fuxk up or not but that's false advertising. Prices should properly be reflected the same as on the menu. If we didn't say anything we would've been charged a couple more bucks. Considering I've spent shy of $90 for 2 people during an un-busy lunch, the entire meal was a disappointing let down. I rolled the diced beforehand after reading the reviews, and it bums me out how they were right.

I had such an exceptional experience here at this location. I’ve been to every single location but my recent visit was a new location to me. The establishment was beautiful and clean. I was greeted immediately and taken care of. The whole experience from start to finish was so pleasant. When ordering I kindly asked if they had any chili oil they had. The server informed me they didn’t but gave me and offered other options. When the food came out she brought out a FRESHLY prepared garlic chili oil that the chef had made. Below I have added a photo of the chili oil and might I just add is was absolutely DELICIOUS! I was amazed that the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND my request. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it really shows they care for their customers and take pride in the quality of food and service.

The remodel is fantastic, food and pizza hot and delicious. They now have a small bar, for a beer or glass of wine while you wait for your order. Owner/ manager will make sure everything is right! Outside patio seating as well!

Me and my husband, payed for two traditional calzones to go. What we got was two upside down burnt calzones to go. When I first saw my calzone, I wondered why it was upside down, so I flipped it, and it was burnt black.
I feel that they flipped it, to cover the burn.
I'm sorry, but it's not acceptable to knowingly sale your customers burnt food, and try to hide it, knowing it's take out, especially at the price of calzone. I took it back, they made us two good calzones, and gave us extra sauce and bread, but that doesn't excuse trying to get away it. So I'm smiling thing th off.
Shame on you Chico's.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. We ordered it online at 6: 00 pm and waited over three hours and still did not receive our food. We called to cancel and we’re placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The management was not helpful at all. I DO NOT recommend ordering from here.

Love the food at this place. Timing in service could improve. The ambience at the main restaurant is nice. It has an adjacent event room.

I had a Client Appreciation Luncheon for 40-50 guests. The service was fabulous. Franco helped us to get a nice setup for dining tables, guest sign-in table, and gifts table.

They boxed the extra meal into individual boxes with a variety of food. So, my clients were able to grab a box home with them.

Everyone was pleased with the food. The banquet room is perfect for private parties, and for the first time, I could hear myself without having to compete with the restaurant noises.

The DiCicco family should consider removing their name from this restaurant. They never answer the phone. Online ordering is not available. Slow and dirty. Rude service. Bread is hard and falls apart because it's so old. Salads and soups are forgotten with orders. Not only one of the worst DiCicco's I've been to but one of the worst overall ran restaurants I've ever been to. This review is not based on one experience. I figured I'd give them a few opportunities but it's the same story every time.
