What a lovely find in Fresno! The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was divine. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our 28th anniversary.

I'm giving 2 stars as of my last 4 take out visits have been disappointing. I have placed my orders via phone and ended up waiting nearly 1hr when told 20-25 min wait time. I understand they are busy and or understaffed but to continually either forget to give me something or not give me what I ordered correctly is unacceptable at this point.

I pacifically came to decicco's for the zucchini soup and come to find out that they stop serving it and won't start it again until the end of the summer.

What an awesome dining experience. This place has great Italian dishes. I would have ordered more just so I could take a taste of Italy home with me.

Best Italian restaurant. The lasagna was made to perfection with seasoning and sauce. The original Calazon was delicious

Sat at a booth, gave my drink order, was brought fresh bread and butter, i ordered Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine! Great atmosphere, the server was attentive to my needs and requests. Food came out quickly - nice and hot.will definitely go back

Our server was slow & it wasn't when crowded. Took forever for our food & receipt. He forgot one of our items but at least we weren't charged. Won't be back soon

Who knew I would find this gem while traveling for work. The bread is amazing. The pasta is absolutely authentic and homemade. The service was wonderful. I was amazed at the value and quantity of food.especially at the price. I will be back!

Food was great. Large menu, plenty of entrees to choose from. Walked in and waited a while before anyone spoke to us, staff was very busy. We had a party of 10 and they were able to accommodate us. A loaf of bread with butter is brought to each table after being seated. Drink orders taken first. Server was very attentive. The entryway could use some attention.

The whole time we were there was a bad time. It took awhile for someone to take our drink orders and meals orders. Employees kept giving nothing but dirty looks. The restaurant is full of Nats so it is hard to enjoy yourself or your food. When a refill on a drink was needed, all of the employee's would look at the cup and keep walking so we basically got ignored. Once our food arrived a long piece of hair was pulled out of someone's mouth while they were in the middle of chewing. Then we searched the plate and sure enough there was more strands of hair inside of the calzone and baked into the breading as well. Worst experience ever!

Walked in tonight and there was no hostess for 5 minutes. Once he came and seated us, we were passed by an African American male server and a chunky white lady server multiple times for 20minutes. The hostess who sat us came over finally and took our drink order. He forgot about us. We waited 10 more minutes and left. Diciccos has gone way downhill, especially this one.

I must say this Di cicco's was pretty good.my colleagues and I went to have lunch here and we really enjoyed our food. It was hot, fresh, and delicious that zucchini soup, though, was amazing. I'm still thinking about it yum! Customer service was awesome as well. I must say I left there very content. What more could you ask for! Yum yum yum

Atmosphere rated 3 stars because I was inside just to wait for my food so did not really know what to put there, food was really good

My family and I came by yesterday 12/14/22 for an early dinner. (4: 15pm) The restaurant was empty and they had one girl working as a server, front desk, hostess, and to-go orders. We ordered our food and it took longer than usual but given she was the only one working we were patient. Our food did not disappoint. We ordered a pizza, eggplant, scarface, and a calzone. Our server was wonderful! Not only was she juggling multiple jobs, she did it all with a smile on her face and gave great customer service. Hats off to her, you all have a wonderful employee!

We ordered thru DoorDash. They aren't allowed to go through bags ans check orders so this is solely on the restaurant. I ordered a soup and salad combo and 2 sodas among other food and when it was delivered the sodas and soup were missing. When I checked the receipt they weren't even rung in at the restaurant.

Greeted and seated immediately. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all the guest. The food was hot and delicious. Very pleasant atmosphere. Very clean and inviting restaurant. I will drive to this Fashion Fair restaurant for the wonderful service. How nice it was to feel welcomed and accepted. Thank you for the wonderful night.

Great place.always have Zucchini soup from here! They accidentally messed up on my order and corrected it right away! Great staff.thank you
