Di Cicco's Italian Restaurants reviews
11Went there for my son's birthday they got bery good service and the food was awesome bery good prices definitely a place to take family and enjoy a good meal
Food was good, only one girl on the floor, with ONLY ONE other table, took 40 minutes to get our drink order taken only because another table got sat down at the time, most likely forgot about us even tho we were passed multiple times by other employees. I work in the restaurant industry and the this establishment needs improvement…

They got me sick, my wife and i orerded thru doordash.i had the acarface, no flavor, skimppy chicken felt umderly cooked.i shouldnt have eaten that.regardless, i v alwyas felt that this " supposedly italuan eatery s overly rated.i m done.
I've tried to come here 2 separate times and both times they close before the time listed. It should say 8pm instead of 9. Also hung up on when I tried to be nice over the phone about them closing. As if they were in such a rush to leave. Where is the customer service. Not here
I love the calizones, and that's all i order there. The food is fresh and has classic Italian foods. Staff has always been friendly, and the place is clean and has that touch of Italy.
Always super fresh and delicious food. The service is amazing. We go here quite often. Plenty of parking, depending on the time of day. Not super cheap, but worth it! Clinton/Weber is my favorite location. Get the calzone or the tortellini!
This place is absolutely wonderful and their server Dani really made our whole experience perfect. What a gem they have in her. I didn't get the hostess's name but she was super nice in showing us the room before we rented and very professional. Everyone who works there is kind and very easy to talk with and extremely helpful in anything we needed.
We rented out the banquet room and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding too! We ordered three giant pizzas and one giant vegetarian pizza and I have to say that their vegetarian pizza is one of the best pizza's I've ever had!
This place always has had, and continues to have great food. My only problem, is when I went to their website, the coupons the company had you download were expired 1-31-23, they didn't honor the expire ones, or did they have any current ones. I ordered the all meat calzone with red sauce it was fantastic. Cost me $14. They also offered me a Pepsi while I waited and I thought that was really good.
After quitting them for years I decided to return to DiCicos 99/clinton. They're the only one in my area. I've been back a couple of years and have dinner delivered every couple of weeks. It's 40 bucks a pop now and climbing. Prices rise we all know and accept that, but conversely the quality should reflect the cost. In My case and I'm not given to exageration they drop the ball in one way or another at least half the time, (food spilled in the bag, missing items), repeatedly. When you call to let them know they lable you an agressive complainer.legitimate concerns go unresolved doubt it is the owner who disrespects his customers like that. Probably one of these overly delicate snowflakes permeating the work force these days. I'm sure it's a labor problem but it's no longer my problem so long snowflakes. You, re hurting a good franchise. Too bad.
I came in on Monday the 9th and I waited over 35-40 mins for my order before I told them I was leaving. Apparently one of the owners was there and said that Is not how his restaurant is ran and offered to comp our meal. I told him okay and asked for it to go but when I was getting the to go boxes I was handed / told my order was 65.00 and I needed to pay!? What the holy h3ll? How u gonna comp our meal and the be told to pay! So needless to say we left un feed and totally un happy. It’s sad this Diccicos was my family’s favorite like a family tradition but not anymore I had to post a star to post but Only cuz I had to otherwise it would be negative 5
