Mac arrived on time and as always, was professional and friendly. Mac is very humorous and explains things in detail. He even took off his shoes when he came inside the house to check temperature from the vents. Mac gave me some maintenance tips and explained how the HVAC system works. Joey Carroll was great. Diagnosed the problem with my unit in timely fashion, explained to a laymen like myself what the problem was, and fixed it. Will call them for all future needs and would suggest you do the same if you have problems with your unit or need maintenance.
