The lady at the front desk is rude and has no patient at all. This is not her first time, this is the second time I had bad experience. The way she talked and her attitude was extremely unpleasant.

I am a existing patient and remember my first visit after a full exam I left without treatment because I have anxiety issue, after a year I went back for an emergency visit (I am sure I am not the only one dose it) and Dr Chu explain all treatments that I need and what she can do for me to help me get out of pain. The front office staff help me schedule/consolidated all my appointments. I am still in progress for my treatments and told will complete before Xmas this year. I am happy and satisfied with this office, I will refer friends and families for all their dental care. Can’t make everyone happy but I am happy and satisfied.

The best dentistry is our area. Lisa and the girls at front desk are super helpful and very professional. Doctor Chu and Doctor Bertina and Christina make you feel really comfortable and did a great job. Can't say enough good things about them. My whole family comes here now.
