floor manager Eric was also awesome and was pleasant. He worked with us and gave us a very fair deal.

Took my car in for service, the crashed my vehicle and said all they could do was repair the damage instead of taking responsibility and replacing the vehicle. Now i have to pay for a vehicle that's was in an accident and that will have deminished value do to the incompantance of the employee. The same employee who was dancing of excitement and laughing at the situation because their would be no reprocussion for his actions, while my wife was in tears because this was our first brand new car purchase. Its unfortunate to be in the middle of this situation and the stress it has caused. I am upset at the fact that I still have to pay for a vehicle the diamond ford crashed and damaged. Seems unfair to the consumer.

Awesome experience in getting a car from this dealer. Fast and no stress. Will come back in the future. Highly recommended.

Showed up at the appointed time (Monday 8: 00AM) and there were quite a few customers that arrived at roughly the same time. The staff was very courteous, professional, and efficient in working to get everyone checked in, so the wait was not as bad as I thought it would be.
Barret got me checked in quickly and even accommodated the addition of a smog check to the 3 recalls that I was there to address.
The vehicle was in a little after 8 and out around noon.

Customer service is horrible, no one ever answers the phone, all receptionist are rude, and don’t care about doing their job properly.

My truck repair should have taken two days but Barrett was able to get it done in one. 5 stars!

This was the only dealership I could find within 50 miles that *didn’t* charge outrageous markups (sometimes as much as $10k) - so my 2023 Ford Maverick was simply the factory MSRP, plus state tax and a DMV fee. I test drove a couple of cars before going to Diamond Ford. Everytime, i was passed off to different salesmen.
This was most definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Sam (the salesman) started and stayed with me the whole time. Not once was i passed off to a different salesman. They were extremely personable and friendly. I will definitely go back!

They never answer the phone try 6 times and they just send me to voicemail. They supposed to answer during working hours. Where’s the manager is he on duty?
