Staff is always great! Courteous and very knowledgeable, highly recommend Diamond Ford. Carlos and Dante always go above and beyond. Always daunting to walk into a mechanic shop of any kind and always happy when I leave Diamond Ford QUICK LANE. Thank you.

Carlos from quick-lane was very helpful, reached out to me when my car was ready explained to me one what my car needed offered to order parts when I’m ready very thankful for him as well for honoring my coupon I received in my email will be coming back for my next service

We're kind and courtsey and helpful. I will go back again. I just had to wait 2hrs for my oil change which I've never done at any Ford dealership before but that's OK they were really busy that day. I just wish they told me ahead of time so I could have planned accordingly. They shutdown the shuttle service years before, idk why, which is stupid because I didn't know I was gonna have to wait 2hrs and not 1 and I had a big day of errands and would have like to been dropped off at Costco so I walked to Costco. ITS fine because I needed the excersize. They were very throughour with my truck. Even more then most Ford dealerships. Just please when you call to remind people of their appta the day before let them know you have no shuttle service and that it could be a longer wait then usual to plan accordingly.

I scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed on my Lincoln Navigator. Overall the service and personnel were outstanding. I chose this location because of the excellent service and treatment with past interactions. We will definitely return in the future.

After 4 days I was told that a sensor needed to be changed after I had already changed it myself. Ford wanted to use an OEM sensor they changed it and said it was fine after driving for 35 miles. When I picked up the truck it stalled again 3 times just going home. Not very happy.

Diamond Ford was great. I was helped again by Dan in the Service Dept. He explained the repair needed and finished as promised. Very easy and pleasant experience.

I was greeted by the friendly and prompt service advisor who was ready to answer my questions. All maintenance was completed while I comfortably waited. All work was completed in a reasonable time. I am well satisfied.

Paid way too much for something simple. I paid $199.00 for something they could have probably done for free my battery died I got it jump started and I had to reset my F-150 cuz my power seats weren't working.

Took in my 98 Ford Ranger for a recall. Carlos Motufar and his team took care of me and got it done in a reasonable time. Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable answering other questions I had. Will return for service with my other Fords. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful experience

I'm very thankful to have Jessica as the service manager connected through Diamond Ford for our family. I appreciated the thorough initial discrepancies review and also how Jessica and the Diamond Ford maintenance team handled the various repairs required for our vehicle. Went in for a multipoint inspection. Carlos at the front desk checked the car in and was friendly and professional. Danny worked on the car and was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Highly recommended and would visit again with any car issues.
