Diamond Hillside Apartments, Pittsburg CA

Warning! Please be adviced that if you submit
a holding deposit and your application is denied you have to pull some teeth to get your money back and will probably not get it back.l submitted my application and paid my holding fee of $460.00 on 2/4/22 and have still to get my refund.l have called the leasing office several times, sent emails and have gotten no where.l bet if you were late on their rent they would evict you.l am highly dissappointed.l just want my money back and no one seems to care. Please save yourself the headache and look else for an appointment

The maintenance guy helped troubleshoot some kinks in my apartment. Fantastic service, very satisfied.

There were a couple issues when I first moved in but the office was very helpful in working them out. So very appreciative.

I have been a Resident here for a few years and l like the place. The Apartments are well maintained, the team is very hard working. We got a Manager in the Diamond Hillside Office who knows her job very well, she follows up on any problem that comes promptly and handles everything that comes to her desk, she is a performer. The Maintainance Team is Great too they do their job well and are kind and Friendly. I like the whole team. Erika is also nice and friendly and very helpful. We like the Apartments. We have been given a Great compartment but People still keep their Garbage outside making the place look untidy but the team really tries in removing the Garbage and making it neat.

Poorly ran facility with a major garbage issue and maintenance efficiencies. The place could be nice if ran correctly under the right management.

They look nice on the outside but they don’t show you alll the areas they show you the model then your moved into an apartment with roaches maintenance is terrible they don’t do their jobs and they have roaches and water bugs and the trash is barley picked up, the leasing agents are lazy and no help to any of your problems

No parking for guests lady told me guest parking is valid for 48 hours the people who already live here take up all the guest parking! Poor management

My boyfriend and I recently applied to Diamond hillside and the experience we had was great! We did an in person walk through with Nicole, who was so friendly and informative! She also helped us through the entire process making it incredibly quick and simple! I have a service dog so sometimes that can be a hassle with some places, but not here! The Diamond hillside team was so nice and made that incredibly easy as well, which was a HUGE stress relief! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Nicole and we cannot wait to move in.

Rude customer service and I've been waiting 10 months for my deposit refund and no one is willing to help me

My little family and I just moved in and so far we are loving it. You get your own designated parking spot which is great (they also have guest parking spots available) the staff is so friendly and down to earth! Those ladies are running things and I’m here for it (Erika, Nicole & wendy) If you have any questions or anything they are more than willing to help and if there is anything going on in our little community here you’ll be in the loop through email (which i love) my little family personally love love lovesssss the pool! So fun for my kids and great to just relax and enjoy the day especially during these hot days! They have a gym, park and Bbq area to enjoy as well! Thank you ladies for making our first apartment worth it! We love it.

Nice management, if the are anything issues they go above and beyond to fix the situation. The view by the pool is awesome!

They took away the dumpsters, and the new trash collection is broken and backed up all the time, so garbage is blowing everywhere. They haven't fixed the problem because we've been living in trash for months now. The gates are constantly broken down so it's hard to get in or out. The staff are nice enough, and the interiors are decent. Whoever's in charge of maintenance decisions is making the wrong ones.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I was not happy with guest parking available but they still deserve 5stars plus

I went to view an apartment here a while back but the place was a little out of my price range but one thing that stood out was the lady who was our tour guide. Her name was also Erika and she was the most patient and understanding person. She answered every question I had and was so informative

I have been a resident here for the past ten years or more it has really improved since I been here I have had no problems with the office friendly professional and very nice to me as a tenant. They do their very best to make sure things are fixed in a timely manner maintenance staff is friendly as well. The perks to living here it’s very close to your daily essential needs Walmart, Wincos, Movie theater, Nail shops, Ross, Burlington and a host of familiar restaurants we all love when we are out and about for the day. Plus many bus lines run from across the street if you take public transportation daily. For the most part it’s a decent place to live and call home
