If I could give more, I most definitely would give 10 stars! Sarah did an amazing job, better than amazing. I went in for an oil change and ended up with I think maybe the car of my dreams. Sarah put up with 3 days of me consulting, debating, and analyzing on either trading and/or downsizing. She and her boss worked vigorously on getting me through this process and eventually reaching a comfortable decision.

Very good and friendly service provided by Diamond Mazda service center. I went in to get our Mazda’s oil change and maintenance. While I waited, I thought I’d go and check their new CX-90. I was greeted by Arsen, very pleasant and professional sales representative. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service, Couldn't be believe it and neither could other Mazda dealers. I rather drive to another Mazda dealer to get my car looked than at this place lol. Will be contacting Mazda Corporation as well.

Keri, the service adviser, is friendly and knowledgeable. This is the first time I've owned a Mazda and was concerned about what service would look like. She made the experience extremely easy. Making every other service department in the Antelope Valley look extremely poor. If this is the level of service I can expect at Mazda all of my future vehicles will be Mazda. Thanks Keri!

Fabian was EXCELLENT. He took care of us and took his time. He tried SO hard to get us the best deals possible. 5 Stars would come/buy again!

Richard was great, he helped me take my time in purchasing the car, he was super knowledgeable and was very attentive. I will recommend all my friends and family to him in their car buying.

It took a bit of time, but that’s usually how it goes with dealerships besides that it went smooth, Ramsey help me to make sure the car was financed, Fabian help me to get the car we took it for some test drives and it felt great. Overall a great car buying experience.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment at my desired time. We were in and out and back on the road in no time.
