Very knowledgable crew who did an excellent job. Unforseen conditions caused the project to be more than expected but the Diaz team made the required efforts to make the required changes and kept the project on track. The final outcome is outstanding.

Rene, Roman and crew transformed the outside of our home from a drab off white to a bold beauty that I still get excited to see when I pull up to our driveway. Throughout the process they were friendly, punctual and clean. Each day before leaving everything was tidy and prepped for the next morning. From power washing to all the final touch ups, each stage of the process was done with perfection. This company can definitely deliver a job well done.

We recently had Diaz Painting repaint our duplex. They did a fabulous job from start to finish! Along with the building being repainted they also repainted the metal Iron railings. We had some other wood work around doors and a concrete stairway which needed to be reinforced. The contractor who was supposed to complete those items was way behind schedule so we asked Rene if he could include it in their contract. He was nice enough to do the work so we wouldn't be further delayed! Their workmanship and quality of products used is fantastic! We look forward to having Rene and his family/crew for jobs in the future.

They committed from start to completion to have a full crew on the project and they did more than I expected just in their detail to prep: power wash.scrapping and sanding of old paint blisters etc then applying caulking and priming then 2 coats to trim and house body.impressive!

Never have I seen the workmanship on display that his team of professionals did in detailing what needs to be done to bring my homes back to life in the least expensive way possible.in a cost effective way. When asked a question if they didn't have the information available they would quickly attain it.
