Don’t waste your time with shoes. Three employees hanging out on the clock talking to each other staring at customs. Put in three request for soccer cleats. No one helped us or came out with them. System quoted 1-2 minutes and we waited 15. Just go somewhere else l, don’t waste your time.

Went in today looking for hiking shoes. This was my 3rd store and the staff were in some kind of group meeting. I was sent a salesperson who asked me what my size was. Didn't ask to measure my foot to make sure. He was lack luster at best as he said he found a pair and brought them out. I looked around and asked if there was anywhere to sit and he said, oh yes, come around here. I sat down. He promptly disappeared and the shoes were far too small. He never returned but another salesperson did and I asked if they had in a different size. He looked at his phone and said no, they didn't have them in a larger size.end of story. What happened to taking a genuine interest in a person's search? Don't they have other stores? Could they not have called them to see if they had them in my size? Could they not have asked me if they could measure my foot, and bring me some boots in my size to choose from? Nope. Absolute waste of time and energy. And the hiking boots section was a mess anyhow.more staff than customers.won't be going back.

I bought a tennis racket here on clearance In 2016. It was only worth the discount price, but it served its' purpose.

The establishment is not bad, but the customer service by a cashier named Angel August 7 2023, was extremely rude. Didn't apologize or have any type h
good customer service. The store had an item marked less and rang me up full price and tolds me I'm wrong. First thing first, the customer is always right. Second, don't expect someone to pay more for something if it's marked cheaper.

I had to make a return, which is often challenging at stores, but Steve went out of his way to help me, even 5 minutes before closing. It was very appreciated, and I will definitely come back in the future. Thanks, Steve!

It wasn't good. It was GREAT! I found every single thing my child needs for his soccer practice. Also found good shoes for them to wear.

Check is a cluster.lines of people, then you realize that it is because simple transactions take 4 different people called and 3 different terminals. We even had to walk to the back to a terminal, then back to the 2 different terminals in the front.
Still unable to complete the order.

Steve greeted us at the door and was very friendly. I asked the cashier to help us with glasses and right as he was about to open the case, another customer asked for help. He helped that customer before us and told us he would be right back. As we were waiting Steve walked over and accessed the case. He told us about the app and how other color options were available. He was overall very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service by Steve.

Can't remember everybody who helped me in the store but the service was great and they even approached me to see if I needed help with anything.

I do remember the cashier/check out person. I liked him a lot. His name was Jake. He was a cool dude, professional and funny. It was like we were best buds the way we were talking. Overall great customer service.

You know what would make this place even better? If they offered military discount.
The staff here is Proffessional and very helpful. Plenty of parking and Awesome variety of sport equipment! If you are in the area go on in check out what I am talking.

No sporting team gear or guns. This is not a sporting good store. Why settle for just okay.
