14Awesome shoe selection and really nice guys working in that department. I normally don't like having to ask for multiple pairs but the employees were really friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was being a pain. I'll definitely be back.
I usually go to the one in Mission Viejo or Laguna hills. On Sunday, We decided to try this location since we were in our way back home to south OC and my son needed some equipment stuff for football season starting on Monday. Everything was fine until was time to pay, this employee cashed me out and when I looked at the receipt I say an amount that caught my attention but I still pay for it which was $380 and some
Change. I thought myself this is a little high so I stopped on my way out and looked at the receipt and I saw a double charge of one item, I came back and talk to the same cashier an out it and he didn’t even apologize to me or anything and he said let’s go to the other cashier to refund your money, which I said ok it fine. Then when I was at the other register getting my money back I pulled all the purchased items out of the bag and star looking piece by piece and comparing this with my original receipt, well I’m glad I did that, I found 3 items getting double charge on the same receipt which was the amount of close to $160. So I said what is going on over here, I asked the cashier and just smile to me and didn’t even say sorry or apologize for it. He gave my my money back and said I need a signature here which I didn’t sign because I was very upset about the whole situation, stealing money from customers? I’m my way out a laddie was just standing at the door so I said are you the manager? She said yes how can I help you! I gave her a brief description about the whole situation and she said ohhh I’m sorry and keep talking to her employees since they were closing the sores at that time. To me this action was very disrespectful to me and my family, unprofessional the way they treat their customers, lack of training on how to handle situations like this specially from management, and definetly not trusting this location at all because if they did this to me, how many more customers go thru this and they don't even realize that they are getting double charging customers and people trusting this kind of employees? A very unhappy customer with this location. I will never go back to this location.

Fernando and Leo at the bicycle department are stellar professionals. Even though they appear young they actually care and assist with repair, maintenance and general questions.
I took 3 of my bicycles here and they provided better service than independent shops that I normally like to support for a family owned business but they weren’t very inviting.
Highly recommed. Found here a tennis shoes at $77. I looked for the shoes at different stores and their price was $149. They have big inventory and great selection.
I bought a bike from Ben in the bike department today, he was so helpful. You have a customer for life.
I really liked this location, it’s not the one I normally go to but I was looking into some Jordan’s and the person who helped us was Gabe and he was very helpful and respectful. Thank you so much Gabe!
Broad selection for every sport or recreation. Staff helpful. The store brand is reasonably priced.
Store manager Naomi pretty rude and inconsiderate when I was very nice. Would go elsewhere
I placed an online order for soccer cleats. It was the very last size available for my son. I drove 30+ miles for the cleats. We got all the way home to unwrap used $100 cleats. Grass still in the leather, white parts stained brown from dirt, scuff marks, and the white parts were dirty. How can the employees be doing their jobs! It feels like they tried to pull one over on me. If I wanted used cleats I would of looked elsewhere. It’s not even worth going to my local dick’s because who do you think they are going to believe? But I will try!
2/3 lazy employees. Only 1 was hustling and helping all of us 20+ customers. Poor kid, I didn't even catch his name. Hes gonna probably end up quitting soon. The other 2 were just walking around. I had asked for help to both lazys. 1st said he was gonna fins them. Never came back. The 2nd said he wasnt sure and walked away.
After waiting over 20mins, we walked around to find other help and found one sitting and texting the other walking and avoiding customers. The 3rd employee was hardworking and was the one who saw me and offered to help and found our pair of shoes right away. Sad, this place has gone downhill. Distric managemnet needs to re-evalute its employees.
Got what you need close to the ball field in something broke forgotten or you need an upgrade
The manager is a very pubescent. I was testing out the golf clubs and I put a decent amount of power however the manager decided to yell at us and kick us out. We felt bad so we went ahead and bought him a sorry gift then he called security. (ps don’t know if it was manager or employee)
I just don’t understand what kind of discount they are offering so confusing different prices it’s labeled at 50 percent but you go and pay it’s 25 percent plus more I ask somebody told me it’s 50percent and later someone else telling something different.
Just confusing Don’t feel like buying something on a discount I’ll just buy regular price and know what I’m buying.
