Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, Glendale CA

As a new patient at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, I will say that so far, the ladies in the front desk have been friendly and polite except for one, Ingrid. Ingrid is an older receptionist who is very unpleasant among other things. She isn't friendly over the phone and worse in person. She doesn't greet you, doesn't smile, looks like she's extremely annoyed. When she's asked to set up a follow- up appointment, it seems like a bother for her to help you. This receptionist is only "polite" when the doctors or other staff are in the reception area. She has a very bad attitude and seems like she's burned out from working there too long and it's quite obvious. This is not the place to be unpleasant, impolite or rude to patients, as these are people who are struggling and are there to improve their mental health. It is unacceptable to treat people this way in any business. Ingrid, maybe it's time for you to retire! Her behavior is highly repugnant. While the medical professionals provided excellent care, I cannot say the same about this receptionist I encountered. The sad thing is that even with this review being posted, I guarantee that this bitter, rude, very unpleasant woman will still continue to work there and nothing will be done. It's sad that we are treated this way by a member of your staff.
