Excellent modern facility. Got the advice and care I needed without having to see the doctor, but rather with a nurse practitioner. Very convenient.

Very clear, concise and addressed my issues. Spent time informing me on issues related to my current health problems.

I may have this figured out now, but setting up the "Portal" with Dr. Oman's office was very difficult. I wish it was an easy link to the other Hoag Portal I already have. They should be integrated and nota all separate.

I like Dr Yu and I’m very pleased with him as a patient. The reason I’m giving this one star is that I can never reach his office and even once when they finally answered they put me on hold for 15 min and then they hung up on me! Absolutely RUDE! He told me to call his office back and ask for a refill of my antibiotics two days before my antibiotics course is done. Today is Friday and long weekend this weekend…. And I will run out of antibiotics this weekend. I have no idea how to reach this office. I have called more than 5 times already and no phone calls backs and no reply to my text messages either. I couldn’t call them before today if you’re wondering that because the instruction was if I still have symptoms a day or two before finishing my antibiotics, so I had to wait and see. It is ridiculous to stress out a patient to this point for a service that I am paying so much for! Completely bizarre

The entire office was friendly and helpful. I was able to have my concerns further evaluated in a professional and knowledgeable way. The new office building is beautiful.

Dr. Lee combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Dr Kim's office are always attentive and considerate. They assess the situation accurately and address your needs immediately. They are fantastic.

I showed up for my appointment, and everything went smoothly; I filled out some paperwork, sat with a nurse, and shortly after, Dr Yu arrived and I discussed my situation with him. He listened to everything I had to say, and demonstrated his expertise and understanding of my situation. I felt comfortable being here, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Dr Yu and his staff.

Dr Bemanian was very engaged and helpful. He explained everything and makes you feel like he will work hard to find a solution.

I had an initial consult with Dr. Bemanian. He and his staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Bemanian addressed my digestive concerns. I’m happy to have found a physician who is interested in the patient’s well-being.

Dr. Oman was very to the point and made sure all questions were answered. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait very long to be called back or be seen and once in the room I didn't feel rushed to answer their questions at all. If I had more extensive questions he would have stayed longer but since he discussed and answered everything I needed to know it was a smooth visit.

The entire staff are friendly and efficient. Dr Lee took his time during my appt. The new Foothill Ranch location is very clean, spacious, and quiet.
