I had to help my daughter into the clinic to insure she didn’t fall or slip, the check in nurse or whatever she’s called was so rude! Even the back staff! Like what is wrong with you people? ! If you don’t like what you do get a different career! People come to the urgent care because something is wrong an don’t feel good! They don’t need staff members that act like douche bags! DO BETTER DIGNITY HEALTH URGENT CARE! THIS IS SAD! You should be embarrassed of your staff

I had to wait more than 2 hours for them to give me two injections… and they treat patients very badly, they do not want to speak Spanish with the elderly

Had to take my son into urgent care today! There was a kid there full of bumps that looked like Monkeypox ALL on his hands and arms! They called them back to the back and NOBODY cleaned or disinfected his chair that he was sitting in! They did not keep him in the back to isolate him from the other patients and let him come right back out into the waiting room! Welp he sat In another chair and was playing around on it and that chair wasn’t disinfected either! Their waiting room is not properly disinfected in a timely manner around the clock! And not to mention it was packed! There’s too much goin around right now for them to not be on top of the disinfecting protocols!
