Dillard's, El Centro CA

This is a review for Jennifer at the Clinique counter. Oh my gosh, so much to say about this girl. She is the sweetest, down to earth and an absolute gem of a person. We had a wedding day and just about everything went wrong. The bride's makeup artist canceled and left the bride scrambling to get someone else to do her makeup. However when finished, It was such a horrible look and the bride was almost in tears. Jennifer allowed the bride to run over to her so that she could fix it. I cannot emphasize enough on how much Jennifer saved our day. The bride was absolutely stunning on her big day thanks to Jennifer for fixing her makeup. My makeup was also done by Jennifer and she has to be the most talented artist I've ever been to. Not only was she the hero of the day, she also recommended some great Clinique products that have already helped improve some facial issues I've had and I am now a Clinique customer for life. Thank you Jennifer, you have no idea how much you saved us and how grateful my family is for you.

Blah. Used to be a nice place, not so much anymore. No customers, no helpful employees, high prices. Employees were like Home Depot employees, walk/run the other direction when they saw you.

Love Dillards. Drove from San Diego to El Centro as that is our closest Dillards. The brands I like Westbound, Investments, Intro etc.are all quality clothing at a reasonable price. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and personable. We enjoyed our shopping very much. Usually shop at Dillards when in Summerlin, suburb of Vegas, visiting friends.

I feel kind of disappointed that a man wearing a wrinkled black T- shirt was selling quality watches in the Accessory department. What happened to Dillard's prestige? He really didn't have much knowledge about the merchandise.

Expensive, good quality and not the whole clothing are beautiful pieces. Some of the staff aren't friendly and just a few cashier areas are open. It looks like you enter to a Mexican high class store and not on American one.

Excellent customer service got me in these shirts and slacks and a great tie I recommend I will be back for sure

Customer service okay but not at the level for these type of prices.

The young lady that helps us at the sunglass area was truly amazing! She gave us great service!

We shopped here New Years Day, I was pleasantly surprised they had ample personnel, hopefully it was worth their investment, I purchased what I needed, thank you.

Probably just bored from the lack of customers but literally every single employee was overly concerned with helping us "find something. " Or "answer questions" there is such a thing as trying TOO hard.

All the extra attention, coupled with with the insincere nature of the offers just came across like they were herding us out so they could get back to whatever they were up to before we got there.

The employee at the cosmetic counter was very helpful and genuinely friendly to my lady, so all the stars are for her.
