Dillard's, Palmdale CA

Really good, well organized Store.it's been a nice experience shopping at this store.

First shopping since the start of the Pandemic. No crowds for a Wednesday afternoon. Associates were very helpful and friendly.

Not really satisfied with the customer service here. Seeing as how they are a more “ high end” store in our mall. Maybe that’s why they are always so empty.

This is where I go when I want a better quality in clothing. They have items that other stores don't have.

It's nice but the Men's Ralph Lauren clothing section is the smallest I've ever seen, except for the Macy's that's adjacent to it.

Friendly, prompt service in the Leather Jacket section of the Men's Clothing department.

A very good place to find clothes but you have to make sure you go to the second floor there is where you'll find high end clothes

Stopped in looking for some new cologne. I was greeted with a warm hello right away! The staff at the fragrance counter were very nice and super helpful in helping me make my selection. I also got a couple free samples for my daughter, good people.

I like the fact that Dillards has great quality clothing. My experience was a great one. I will tell my family and friends about Dillards.

To much for my work clothes but I went here for my birthday suit. Hey get your mind out the gutter, I didn't arrive at the party naked.

Customer service is friendly and helpful and not over-stretched. Enjoy brands I don't find in other stores. The store is always neat and clean and classy, like department stores used to be. Wish there was one in Riverside County.

It's the brands and the quality of their goods that Dillards carries that makes shopping worth the 80 miles one-way drive.

I needed to buy some good shoes that would be safe to wear with my broken pinkie toe and I had found a pair online that was sold at Dillard's. Now, a lot of online sites don't actually reflect the available stock in the store and that's shoes were impossible to find in my size on other sites. Not only did this Dillard's have my size in the desired shoe but they also had other, higher-end shoes that I had seen online that would be good for my sensitive toe.

I was helped by a young man, named Daniel, that had only worked there for a couple of weeks. He was so responsive to my needs that he suggested other shoes that I might like, brought me the high-end shoes I had considered to try in, and even introduced me to an incredibly comfortable, high quality shoe that I could use for hiking in the desert's rocky areas. They did not have the color I wanted in my size so he arranged to have the order sent to my home. What an excellent salesperson!

I will also say that this Dillard's had a great selection of designer shoes. They had a great variety of styles for the conservative buyer to the slightly arty and outrageous. So great! Excellent, quality brands.

I definitely recommend checking out Dillard's shoe section at the store in Palmdale. I'll keep you posted as I shop other departments of this store.

Had to buy an outfit for an upcoming party. Husband bought me several outfits. Staff were very helpful with finding appropriate size. Dressing room was very clean. I was happy with the variety of clothing choices.

There's a cashier I purchased a dress from there she gave me the dress without hanging and covered she was busy taking to her friend that she not even working there

While shopping for shoes, three other customers where asked if they needed assistance, I was not asked (after the sales person looked directly at me). I would have tried shoes on but why bother. They were not very busy, so I know that was not the reason. This has happened before, from the same sales person. Will not be returning.

I us to shop there from bakersfield use to be good quality but i saw more then one knock offs the quality has gone down hill yet the prices are the same as. Dillards no more.very disappointed.
