I lost my husband unexpectedly. I figured I would just use one of the big mortuaries as we were accustomed to in our family. Fortunately, they could not work with our dates and so after several calls and meetings with other mortuaries, I decided to go with Dimond and Shannon because of Kimberly. I was exceptionally impressed by Kimberly and helping me with all of my needs from embalming and dressing to a beautiful viewing, service and cremation. So many added details to mention that contributed to our lovely experience during a difficult time. Kimberly and the staff (Renee and Edward) are very professional, compassionate and I can't thank them enough. The facility was nice and clean. They are like a part of your family during a difficult time. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dimond and Shannon Mortuary. Our family experienced a sudden and unexpected loss, and we contacted them at this very stressful time. From the very first conversation and then throughout the process of all of the necessary arrangements, there was complete professionalism and compassion. Every detail was attended to, and we were communicated with and updated regularly. The chapel was beautiful and accommodated a large attendance. The service went smoothly, and many commented about what a lovely tribute it was. We would like to express our gratitude to Dimond & Shannon for all of the caring assistance we received.

Vina and Dimond & Shannon did everything necessary to ensure that everything went according to plan. They were caring, attentive and very professional. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend everyone plans for after death, because I was in a situation when I had to figure this out for my own father when he passed. Their 24/7 service to handle the passed was a great help as I was in a different state when tragedy occurred. Their personnel were always respectful and kind, and were patient to answer every question I had. They only brought specific question to me at the right time so there was little stress in handling the situation. Bottom line - if you want to plan after death for yourself, I am confident they will do you right. If you have to handle matters for a loved one that passed, they will do you right as well.

I lost my father Gabriel Alonzo on 1/10/21 due to liver failure. Diamond & Shannon was the 2nd mortuary place I called and I'm glad I chose them. From the first phone call to the day of my dad's service everything was done with respect and the best service every. I would recommend them in a heart beat. When my grandpa, Victor, passed my parents were scrambling to plan out the logistics for the memorial service and the burial. Dimond & Shannon Mortuary staff were so great in helping my family through this difficult time. Angelica was especially great. She helped my parents through the whole process and was super helpful, patient, and empathetic. Angelica made sure everything went smoothly and even assisted when there was a hiccup at the cemetery. She made sure everything was taken care of and went smoothly within her power to do so. During this time of Covid - 19, Dimond & Shannon was able to accommodate our family's wishes while still making sure the services were held within CDC guidelines.
