11 Great customer service especially on the evening of 12/11/2022. My little cousin and I felt relaxed and welcomed while enjoying a ginger tea and cookies & cream milkshake.
Nice ambience outdoors as well due to the holiday season decor!
Boba was fresh.
Blueberry milk tea: good sweetness, balanced tartness
Signature milk tea: not super sweet (good quality)
Hazelnut latte: approved
Brown sugar milk tea: sweet but not overboard, good boba
Downside: depressing service. No enthusiasm. It was obvious the staff wanted to be off shift. The company emphasizes esteem, service, and profession. It was evident in their quality of food. Too bad their staff were not role models of their mission statement.
Price was slightly above average for milk teas.
Had a wonderful experience here at Ding Tea it was my first time ever visiting a Ding Tea and i will definitely be returning as often as possible
The drinks are good, and the staff are friendly, but I will never return and seen the treatment that the owner gives his employees is very bad, and I saw the humiliating way he snatches things from the hand of a girl who is working alone, attending in front of and preparing drinks, MISOGINO,
Cool little spot hidden behind of the Olive. Friendly customer service.plenty of tea options, coffee, and sweets. I got the Monster Tea Latte which is the tea on the right on the picture.also tried the Thai Tea.both met my expectations. Pretty good

I’m never disappointed with this place. I always try something new and it’s always a delicious surprise. I use to drive to Carson but this place in Downey is closer. Every one so helpful and nice.
Great service, friendly people, and very well done drinks. Attention to detail is super, especially compared to the Ding Tea's in OC.
This place is so cute and it's so good. I got the brown sugar milk tea. It tastes exactly how I imagined it would. Yummy!
It's a great Ding Tea! I always love the ding tea drinks and this certain one is great too! The boba is delicious and without color additives which is what I love. My favorite drink is the hokkaido oolong milk tea. All of their drinks are top quality so the challenge is choosing what you like most. I've tried the pitaya bowl as well. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again. The staff is really nice too. Love their Five Stars program which gives rewards from time to time. I will definitely come here again.
