Ding Tea West Covina

Their drinks are composed of 90% ice ordered iced coffee and I had maybe 8 oz in a 24oz cup stay away 7 $ for cup of ice

Slow to help and very deceptive ordered a large Taro milk tea and my cup was 80% ice 20% tea for 7$ I can go anywhere else and receive better and more tea

Every time I go there, they are really nice and pretty quick on doing the order. It Gets REALLY BUSY during after school hours. Students get out ~3: 34pm

Ding Tea has all kind of flavors. My favorite is Taro Slush with golden boba. I love their consistency in the texture and flavor, they never disappoint me.

Take the takeaway order at the front desk, the four waiters are chatting and greeting them, no one responds until the end of their chat! Only one waiter gave me something impatiently! I don't even want to give one star!

I see alot of good comments but when my son went they didn't help him and left him waiting very rude. So don't consider that good customer service on Easter about 130pm. The guy that worked that day sucked and needs some people skills. FYI don't act like your going to help when another employee comes up to help that customer needs help. You would have been fired anywhere else

One of my favorite tea shops. They have a really good happy hour special during the week. You buy two teas and get one free. I personally get the third one without ice and save it for the next day. My favorite is the winter melon milk tea with egg pudding. It's amazing. For some reason whenever I order the same tea anywhere else, it just never tastes as good as the one they make here.

Menu was easy to read and the staff is super friendly and ready to help. I love the waiting area too, super cozy and fun.

Excellent selection & customer service. Happy hour Mondays thru Thursday are really cool. Dalgona coffee topping offered Friday thru Sunday is good imo.

Nothing special drinks are kinda pricey the workers are quick not very helpful but will answer any questions you might have.

I order 4 drinks fully charged today 3/22/20sadly due to craziness going on now but

Rude vibes. This is suppose to be a good vibes onky2 cafe type of atmosphere. The young little girl who was making my drink was being awfully rude when I asked her about some toppings available. She was not qualified to work at a boba cafe. She was so lost.
