I ordered brand new rims and tires. It took them 4 days to get my rims and tires. Which was not a big deal. I showed up the day after at 10 o’clock in the morning to have them remove the sensors out of my old wheels put them in my new wheels and then mount my new wheels on my new rims I have been sitting here for over three hours. They have not called me to let me know what’s going on. They have not told me anything except for that one of their guys had to go somewhere to go pick up some new lug bolts for my car because the stock ones won’t fit. Why didn’t you guys tell me this when you guys ordered my rims why didn’t you guys just order the lug bolts at the time, why am I have to sit here for over three hours for four tires this is very unprofessional and unacceptable they have lost all future business from me and I will never recommend them to anyone.

If you want a shop where you get treated fairly and like family while also, then this is your place. I’ve been going to this company at all old locations and I’ve yet to be completely satisfied with the results! Low prices but great work. If there was ever an issue, it was fixed immediately. I Went a while back to buy 2 dam tires and i could not believe how much they went up.wow! I was disappointed.

Very displeased with the service l got here, not once but twice. I was given 3 year old tires, new but 3 years old, and they caused problems with my car. Took the car in another time because when backing up it felt like l was running over something, so they said it needed new bushings, so had them do that, and a front end alignment, cost me $458 for that job, and it still did the same thing while backing up plus the car still pulled to the right like before, it was like l had nothing done at all, so l went and talked with the manager who told me they would guarantee the alignment is all, and bring it back in. After that l don’t want them touching the car. The car is a classic and I’m trying to keep it in great shape, but with this Mickey Mouse work they did l won’t even be going back for the front end alignment. They made out a long list of stuff that needed to be done to the front end, and yes l know it needs some stuff done because of the age of the car, but l won’t be hoodwinked again by them. Is this how they treat senior women? Just curious

They had high prices and suggested work on my vehicle that didnt need to be performed. Im glad i got a second opinion after leaving here because it saved me over 1k$. Im sure there is good technicians here, but its possible i just got a inexperienced one. I would buy tires here, but skip the service work for someone who knows more about my vehicle. Maybe they will hire some more knowledgeable people before i need to go back.

We just dropped off our 70 year old tractor for new rear tires. The people were very knowledgeable and an employee even helped to get the tractor off the trailer. They had to order the tires but will have them installed tomorrow. Great service.

Great tire shop. Have great selection of tires. Have great. Receptionists amazing staff. Very friendly and very inviting. No bad vibes in this place. You just go and ask for what you need. They'll take care of you. I've been going here for years. Would highly recommend you guys get your tires done here and they do trailer tires if that's really important for you. Campers but yeah super friendly. Good staff. Nice prices. Good selection

I have a 96 Chrysler Sebring I taken it to dinosaur tire to get some tires for the back left and right and when the tires was put on I paid for them and drove off I had my dad with me when I was driving I heard some rattling noise coming from the back left side so I drove back to dinosaur tire and said them I here a rattling noise from the left side in the back so manager said I'll have the mechanic look at it a few minutes later his mechanic look at it and told me that the e-brake is broken so I spoken to the manager me and my dad told them the e-brake was not broken before the manager ask the employee that did tires for my car they both we're speaking Spanish to each other so I was not sure they were saying the manager then says to me my mechanic says he didn't do that to your car then he tells me we would have to order you the part and labor when would you like to do this I said to him no way your mechanic did this to my car I even tried to talk to the mechanic but he doesn't speak English so I never will go to dinosaur tire the e-brake is located to the back near the left tire

The first time coming, they couldn’t figure out how to get my truck aligned. They suggested replacing a control arm, which I bought for them to replace. Waited a week for an appointment, drove 30 miles to their shop for my appointment. I got there and listened to the service counter tell his other customers, he’ll get their truck done within a couple hours. I step up and he tells me I’ll have to leave my truck.

A control arm and alignment doesn’t take all day. Maybe an hour at best.

Either way, mentioned to him that I don’t live in the area, he just shrugged his shoulders and told me that’s how we do it here. I asked why this was not mentioned to me over the phone while I made my appointment and he said he didn’t know.

I took the time off from work, bought the part they say I needed, made an appointment and waited 5 days for that appointment and was told to leave my truck. Not cool at all. Sorry bud, business needs to be flexible for the customers needs. This is why you are getting a one star review.
