Dippity-Dog Self Serve Pet, Oceanside CA

Went there to get my 2 dog's nails trimmed. In and out of there in about 5 minutes. $10 each cash each before tip. Super satisfied.

Reliable and consistent care. They've gotten to know our 8 year old Siberian Husky well and are always happy to see her. I opt for them to do the bath and brush over doing it myself in one of the bathing stations. The drop off appointment typically takes 3 or 4 hours. There's plenty of parking and she always comes home smelling so great and super floofy! They're fantastic!

Loved this place, easy access and no wait time. They provide everything you need for a pleasant sth for you ️ pup.

Beware business gives you false operating hours from what they show on the door and also what they say on the automated voice message. If you are driving a distance for the self serve dog wash to this place you may want to consider others options or call in advance and make sure you can speak to someone. Employee inside totally ignored us at the door and phone calls. Very disappointed as we drove here specially to wash our pup.

This has been the second time I have came to this place only for the business to not he open on time. Today is Saturday and the schedule for today is from 8am-5pm. Please fix this issue or I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

$15 for self wash, has everything you need. Wish they would have ramps for the bigger dogs to get into the tub. All the equipment is run down and basic but for a dog wash it's just fine.

This place is awesome. Been a few years since I have been back but it is the same great service I remember.

The owner is usually there but the last visit the associates did not acknowledge us format leat 2 minutes which I find unprofessional, at least say ill be with you shortly or something to that affect.

Hours are posted as closing at 6. We walked in at 5: 22 and were told it's too late because all dogs have to be out by 530. We won't be returning.

We love dippity dog. They are so sweet to my little Frenchie. They take really good care of him and are so sweet!

I’ve been going to dippty dog for years and the owner is outstanding and her staff is very customer service oriented.
Fully recommend this place to all dog lovers. Also this place treats Veterans with respect and kindness

Their team didnt communicate with each other, I had left my phone number with one lady and she didnt communicate with the other and left.so I was late and that was my fault because I should have known he was ready I guess? Not only that but my dogs nails are bleeding and he bled all over my car and on my pants. I dont think they know what they are doing. And his face was still dirty! Im not sure if they washed his face we had just came from a muddy trail before I had them "wash"him. And his face still has mud. Wondering if they even bathed him now.
Get a new hair stylist for dogs.

This was a terrible exp. And her trying to get more tip money off of me but made my dog bleed? And she was rude! Trying to put me down for something that was not my fault but her teams.

Also his ears are dirty and his nails, when we came out, are still dirty and his paws are still stinky. I specifically asked for his ears to be cleaned.
He didnt get no bath! They sprayed the spritz on him and said he is clean.
This is beyond messed up. I say his because he is still dirty & his coat is patchy.

Best one so far when it comes to self wash. Paid little extra for better shampoo and conditioner. The tub is enclosed from three sides so there’s lesser chance to get wet while your dog is shaking off the water. Friendly staff.

We like this little place. They offer full grooming for pets and self service wash your pet stations. I have a Siberian Husky he just loves taking baths and I enjoy bathing him as this can be great bonding experience with your pet. They offer a basket with shampoo, brushes and a towel. They also have complimentary detangles and ear rinses. For additional price you can have speciality shampoo and conditioners as well. You can have your pets nails trim Which my Husky just doesn’t like done for some reason. Anyway stuff is usually friendly and they helped me lift my DoggO into the tub. We also had full grooming with them and were happy with the service He loved the bandana

We have a lil chi chi and a big Eva! And we used the self service that is awesome it's better than home an then you're bathroom is clean so sweet! And then chi chi got shaved an he's so soft n squishy! This place is awesome love it! We will be back!

It's incredible that these people do any business. There are several people waiting outside on Monday. Employees are a no show. Call to let them know that they're voicemail doesn't say anything about them being closed on Mondays. I called today to let them know that their voicemail was inaccurate and they don't seem to really give a damn. Thank you for wasting my time and several other people's time driving to your" business". Stop blaming your poor business practices on the pandemic. Seems to be the trend.

I like coming here because it's nice atmosphere, good price, great smelling shampoo that lasts with great conditioner too that makes him feel super soft. Also the owner is one cool cat. What a fox!

This place is pretty great! I was worried because I forgot to bring my own brush but they actually provided all the tools I needed and more!
I was able to bathe my dog and also do a bit of a de-shed! And if you've ever bathed a dog or worked at a groomers you know that that's kind of a perk, plus the also provided quicker slick which helps with the drying process if your dog has long hair and it leaves it really soft and smelling great! All for just $15 not bad at all!
