was fair and responsive. Chris and Van performed the install were very efficient, friendly and answered all of my questions. They installed new Amana 16 Seer condenser and coil with a lifetime warranty on the compressor. If the compressor fails Amana replaces the entire condensing unit. Highly recommend this company.

So the technician (Van Tallian) was very professional and he explained everything and even took the time to explain things I really didn’t understand. As a woman I felt it was nice of him to be so patient and detailed. Service was quick and issue resolved! Definitely gonna recommend this company, especially Mr. Tallian to all my neighbors and friends. Great job guys!

I rent a home but the home owner used this company to fix my needs. Van Tallian was the technician that came out to fix my heater problem. He helped resolve the issue and provided tips on how to help maintain the heating system. Van even went out of his way to help take my dog out to my backyard to use the restroom as I'm currently recovering from knee surgery and it takes me longer to take my dog out. I will be getting a home in the next year and will be requesting services from DirectAC and will specifically ask for Van.

Chris from Direct AC was a pleasure to work with. He has a plethora of knowledge in everything HVAC related. Our air conditioning went out in the middle of summer, 100+ degree weather, a time many AC units go out keeping companies too busy to service their customers promptly.
My husband happened to have a business card for DIRECT AC that he had received a while back from a friend who spoke highly of Chris; so my husband decided to call and give them a try. Chris was able to get to us right away and had it back up and running in no time. We will not be using anyone else from now on. Highly recommend!
