Took my truck into these guys to spend around $4k for tires and front end parts to get rid of a death wobble problem. About 3 month later truck still has death wobble and front tires have worn down very uneven and only on the outsides, almost to where I need a new front set. When I took it back in to them, all he wanted is to sell me $1300 more in parts. Did not even offer to rotate tires or give me an option of anything. Service was poor, seemed that all they wanted was to sell me more. Also there machines do not know how to do realignment on a truck.

Great price and Great Service. They installed towing lights on my 2020 Jeep wrangler and install a 12,000 pound winch. I highly recommend direct off-road.

Had a front suspension issue, so I took my truck to my typical tire, wheel and suspension shop. Not sure why, but shop #1 was not interested in fixing the suspension that they installed without upselling the need for new control arms.

I did the typical “highest rated” yelp search. The gentleman at shop #2 admitted that the job was too small, would be labor expensive and required parts that were not on hand. He referred me to Pat at Direct Off-Road because they typically have these needed parts.

Pat (shop #3) had a look, asked for the keys and asked me to wait for few minutes. A few minutes passed, Pat passed me the keys and said you are all fixed. When I asked about the cost, he just smiled. It was a small job and the parts were minor. I now have a shop to take my truck where I feel like customer service and honesty still matter. I think I might just get those new future control arms, tires, brakes, alignments, suspension upgrades, etc, but my business will now be with Pat at Direct Off-Road.

I’ve had lots of work done to my 05 TJ Rubicon including tires wheels and JKS suspension. The Fox Adventure shocks combined with my complete suspension ride excellent. The JKS does not produce any driveline vibration exactly as Pat advised. I am simply stoked! I plan on gradually adding/replacing additional accessories and upgrades in the future.

I will be taking it to Direct Off-Road for sure. They know Jeeps.

Shop only cares if you bring in big money or if you are a friend. Recommend 4 wheel parts or america offroad instead

Direct offroad has installed suspension kits on 3 of my vehicles, preformed oil changes, done custom fabrication work, and corrected bad work done by other shops. Henry and the team at Direct Off-road helped turn my stock Wrangler into an off-road beast! Direct Offroad is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I live on the coast and when my motor mount broke and transfer case went out on my Tahoe, the shop came in highly recommended from my brother. After taking my vehicle in, they were right on it - making sure that they inspected the issues in their entirety and getting it all taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Direct Offroad to anyone for their expertise, responsiveness, and reasonable prices.

Fantastic job on my on board air and airbag setup. All the lines and wires were properly secured, zip ties snipped short, welds were painted, and everything was tucked in neat and clean. I highly recommend these folks!

These guy's are great! My parts took longer than expected to get in (not their fault) and they were able to slip me in and get them installed. I thought that I was going to have to cancel my trip, but they made it happen. Highly recommend!

Don't do what they promise. Had an agreement to have my shocks installed 11 days later a specific date and time. Although that was not a convienent time I agreed. I arranged my schedule to accommodate this time frame.
Direct offroad requested a deposit of $500. I agreed and payed them. Day before the install
they called wanting to reschedule. I explained that it was not possible for me to reschedule and asked for a refund.
Jake said ok but, he could not refund the processing fee of $30. I politely explained that I didn't believe this was appropriate, because Direct Offroad had not honored their commitment, why should I lose money because of their failure. To make a long story short, I accepted the deduction a told them I was very un happy. Buyer beware, do not give these people upfront.

This place is the worst to have your vehicle repair or customized, they lied all the time saying we’ll get the parts in 2-3 days and never on time till months after. The worst is that they don’t update and they blamed everything on Covid-19. The worst place

These guys are really awesome it's my go to place. There is a guy name Jake that always helps me out knows his stuff. Would recommend.

This place is awesome and a great place for off road vehicles and any upgrades needs. Very helpful and really knowledgeable. They did the awesome job, great price for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Super friendly people, I highly recommend Direct offroad they will take a good care of your vehicles.
