Horrible. Said I was positive for marijuana. I don’t use marijuana in any form. I have prescriptions known to cause false positives. Dr. Chan didn’t offer retest. He blew me off. Said, “No it’s marijuana. ” Cost me a job. Hack doctor. Hack lab.
I see other reviews here say they gave people the wrong person’s results. Makes sense to me.

Too slow Processing.after 2 months I got email. Have to do the test again.not good for OTR driver.

This place is unorganized and too time consuming please don't do business here 4-5 hour wait time for urinalysis completely wasted time.

Their examiner is not a medical doctor. He is a chiropractor. It took a half a day to get through the process. Pay a little more an see a real medical doctor, not a guy who can crack your neck.

Paid for annual membership fee at real occupational. Later DISA acquired this company, new management new rules. Manager Heidi explained me that DISA annual fee is 295. Waiver for paid real occupational customer. Just pay to random test fee, when was chosen.

2020 is tough for a lot of business. Cost goes up, inflation. We need pay more to keep the great service.

Anyway DISA is the reliable DOT registered drug screen and medical exam company in this area.

If no real occupational annual fee problem, I will go to this shop too.

I agree with Dario Gamboa, Real Occupational WAS ontop of their game until DISA took over. Take it from someone who was behind doors, save your money and save your time and go somewhere else. A lot of the employees and even the doctors that have been there for years don’t even work there anymore due to the new ownership and MANAGEMENT. I mean the manager is so crazy, she calls the police for any little
thing and cries wolf, she is the MAIN reason a lot of us aren’t working there anymore. Trust me, choose a professional and more responsible business to take care of your Department of Transportation needs!

Prepaid for a service, notified Juan, an employee at Real Occupational, the morning of at 7 am that I would be late, as I was dealing with other issues and would come in when I finished, was told that it was no problem, they would accommodate when I came in. Juan, from called at 9 am asking where I was told him that I was on my way and would be there in one hour. He said the person has to leave and that I could reschedule or get a refund. I told them to give me a refund as this was a timely manner and could not wait for an appointment 3 weeks later. I called to follow up on my refund the following Monday, was told that ya we told you we would refund you, but we are not going to refund you, we can only reschedule you. I asked him but you told me you would refund me, Juan said yes I did but I will not, you didn't make your appointment, advised Juan that I was told I would be accommodated when I came in and was not notified that the person would be leaving early before their regular business hours which I should have been notified when I was told I would be accommodated. Should have said we will accommodate you if you make it here before 9 am or whenever the time would be. I asked to speak to a manager, was told one was not available. DO NOT PREPARE FOR SERVICE. STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER TO CALL BACK.

Place is great, yes the wait was long but that's because there are so many people there the place was full to the mat so I think they got me out of there in a decent time some people are impatient you got to take it with a grain of salt the doctor is so good at what he does and he helps you out there make you feel really comfortable I had health problems and I'm just saying they worked with me and we resolved everything this is a good place

Called at 3 pm to see if they were open Millie answered and said yes till 5. Got there at 4 pm and was told oh we already closed. All staff was still there and 2 patients in lobby waiting still. Super unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place!
