6I've been to this place three times. I'm always in and out fast. I've been the first or second one to be seen. I usually arrive around 7: 15 to sign in. It's usually 10 to 15 people by the time it opens. They send 3 people upstairs at a time. You can park on the street or in a lot behind the building for 8.00.
Nobody knows anything on the phone. It says online to call them but what’s the point when they can’t figure it out or they’re too lazy to do their job.
You call and it automatically states reaching the maximum amount of calls, then you can Never speak with a Live person. Horrible Service
They never answer it always says maximum people are calling and it clicks i hate this
I have tried to reach someone since 12/29 via phone and email for the six weeks I was on medical leave - no answer, no support, zero response during normal business hours.
Horrible phone service. It's very sad they don't want us to speak to a representative. If you knew what people go through you wouldn't treat them this way. It's painful to be ignored
