5I came here to get my oil changed so I showed up a little bit after 8am, their website said they open at 8 so I figured I would hopefully be first in line. I go in and talk to a manager and she tells me her mechanics are running a little bit late so I should wait in my car. 8: 10.8: 20.8: 30.8: 40.a mechanic finally pulls up at 8: 47. Very unprofessional in my opinion and will definitely not be coming here again.
Service was faster than told, was told almost 2 hour wait, and waited only less than one hour, great.
This place has very bad service, got a Groupon for an oil change and they couldn’t make me an appointment and said it was first come first serve. After the oil change the oil change was not reset and they gave me attitude when I told them to reset it. Just like 2020 I would not recommend.
One in four easy and simple oil change, and that is exactly what I got with great service.
