Discount Pool Mart - Canoga Park

Very bad customer service, today i stop after a few months no stopping by because I change routes (pool guys things). So when i got in the dtore i saw 2 cashier one saw me (Mario) and the other Guy (I don’t know his name) so this Guy was done with the customer and then he look at me and then he closed the drawer or register and then he step up, at this point I thought he was ready to take his break you know, So Mario was done with the customer after a few minutes and the Mario charged me for 1 case of chlorine so i went to outside and i ask this Guy “hey do u mind if a take a case of chlorine? ” (like is only one case i can carried) i said in my mind And then he goes “ im sorry I’m doing another things I can’t help you (very rude) he said “go to the back and ask them for help because im bussy. At this point like what’s the point i was trying to help but this guys just slap me ready bad with his attitude. Anywas i hope this help you guys btw - I’m not coming back to this store because people treated you like they are giving you things for free… very disappointed

Best pool place with the best prices and best selection in town.period. Been coming here for years. Excellent helpful staff can advise and answer all your questions. Head on over for whatever you need. You'll be glad you did.

Whoever answer their business phone is the most incompetent and rude person. I purchased a pool heater from this company about six months ago and for six months I’ve been trying to get the receipt for my purchase, the warranty I payed for, and the refund I was promised to get ($800). Very unprofessional, scammy, disrespectful to clients way of running business.
Would not recommend for anyone to deal with them.

Whether you run a pool route or business or you are a home owner with a pool, this is your place. They're very knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent! I Highly recommend going here before you go anywhere else.

The staff is super helpful, they have a lot of stock and I've never left feeling disappointed or as if I was sold something I didn't need (they've even stopped me from buying a few things).

Just be mindful of your time and don't ask a million questions cause there are people behind you in line.
