Discount Tire, San Diego CA

Had a slow leak. Took it in and 30 minutes later, plugged and done. I will be back in 5000 when I need 4 tires.

Terrible terrible terrible. I went to purchase a tire, no mounting, no service, and the counter employee said that they would not sale a tire without name, address, and phone number. Ridiculous! On top of that I request to talk to a supervisor, the agent goes inside, talks to the guy, and comes back and says he can’t talk to me right now and that I would have to wait in line! Outrageous! Never in my life will I step a foot in discount tire!

Excellent staff. Excellent company. Always satisfied. They are very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and courteous.

Def best tire plug. They hook up patches if possible to save you a buck. Cant complain with that. I had already anticapated having to buy a new tire but they patched me and im still rolling. Free 99!

Had a set of tires (4) reserved on Saturday for an appointment to install on Monday. Get to the shop and they only had (3) on hand. Piss-poor inventory management and they just lost a customer.

They always do their best. If possible they do things for free or their best deal. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me no matter which store I visit.

I've been to this location a couple of times now and Gary, who told me he is the manager at this location, helped me today. He is extremely nice, knowledgeable about the products and why one product may be better than another for your vehicle. They are very organized at this location and it is run very well. Although I also liked the location near my house, this is the location I drive to when I need anything for my car that they service.

Great service! Went in because I had a nail in my tire, Erik was helpful and told me it’d take about an hour, I was only there for about 25 minutes!

I had a flat on the highway and drove here. I was pretty stressed but after talking to an associate here my stress was gone. This store made me feel very good and I knew I was being taken care of. Thank you!

This place is Awesomeness, people are friendly & great services, If you take your car in when it's first open & everything is good fast. Plus they always Rotate your wheels or tire for free every time, and that's a plus! Be Nice to Everyones around you & Happy face!

From all the places I have purchased tires this are the best. I have purchased two set of tires for my two SUV's and all took care of us when we had a flat or regular service.ask for Jerry i think he is the manager and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great service. Free tire rotation. Went there first thing on a Friday morning, was promptly attended and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

We arrived at 130. Left at 330. No conversation about timing or wait. Would have been nice to know that the wait was 2 HOURS

Randy was friendly and so helpful. I just needed a tire rotation and tire balance. No pressure.it was great and I was in and out of the place in 35 minutes. Absolutely recommend!

Do NOT trust the employees' time estimate. Keep in mind I am writing this review as I wait for one of my tires to get patched. Was quoted "45 minutes" about 50 minutes ago, and my car is still not being tended to. I can say that the worker Gerry learn to balance direct customers with telephone calls. Also, maybe this site should provide their workers with afternoon coffee or some type of energy boost because they appear to be less focused on building any type of service that would provide even the slightest positive vibe. Like what a handful of peers prior stated, this is the first AND LAST visit at this location.
